"Magneto?" I questioned the figure that slowly floated down to the ground in front of us.

"No. Polaris." Her emerald green hair, that was covered by Magnetos helmet, had draped over her cape. "What business do you have with my father?"

I looked at my teammates as if to ask them 'should I tell the truth or not?' They answer with a subtle nod. "We wanted to know if you have the professor on this island?"

It took her a second to think too. Like we had the same question. 'Should I tell the truth or not?' With an undecided face she says. "No we don't have him here on Genosha."

"Where's Magneto?"

"That's not any of your concern. But what you should be concerned with is the fact that I can't allow you to leave this island."

"What do you mean?" Salvador spoke up.

"I'm sorry...but this is what my father would have wanted."

"You know we won't go down without a fight?" I got in position to fight with one hand on my temple and the other lowered to my side. Oracle, who had no active powers, had her fist up. Salvador had his hands ready to make a move.

"I know." She nodded and the three other mutants with her had got ready too.

"Ok guys there's a telepath, a hydrokinetic, and a siren. I'll take on the telepath and siren. Salvador you take on the hydrokinetic while watching Oracle's back as she goes after Polaris. Oracle try to get her helmet off." They nodded. "Ready. Go" I first attacked the siren by shutting off her ability to speak. She was too stunned by her powers not working that she wasn't prepared for my sonic scream that sent her flying back into the rocks on the beach. When I was sure she was knocked out I turned my focus onto the telepath who sent an mental attack my way that caused me to stumble back.

"A fellow telepath? I'm not impressed" she laughs while slowly walking towards me; sending another mental blast but I was able to cancel it out with my own. "I guess you have some skill."

"Please.  I don't want to hurt you with my telepathy. Just back off."

"Don't worry I'll end it quickly." She puts her hand on her temple.

"Stop." I let go of another sonic scream that was at such a high frequency that it caused the woman's ears to bleed and made her to pass out. "I'm sorry." I look away to see how the others' fight was going.
Salvador created shields to block himself from the strong attacks of water coming at him while at the same time providing small force-field platforms for Oracle to run up as steps to reach Polaris. Despite not having any active abilities Oracle was an expert fighter.

"Here I'll help you Oracle" I watched her back flip side ways off the platform to dodge quickly flying metal shards.

"Salvador!" She yelled and another platform appeared for her to land on in which she leaped off of towards Polaris attempting to grab her helmet but she flew out the way. Oracle tucked and rolled on the ground then jumped back up to her feet next to me. "Two versus one now?"

"No three versus one" Salvador came running up on my other side.

When I looked back at his opponent I saw him passed out on the ground. "Deprived of oxygen?"

"Yeah, it was all I could do without truly hurting him." He smiled.

"Guys back to the fight." As Oracle said we turned to look at Polaris gathering lots of metal and making it orbit around her.

"They're down already?" Polaris frantically looked at her allies.

"Polaris please stop we don't have to fight. Just let us grab the professor and we can go."
