This short story was inspired by a good friend of mine, Savannah Jane Meyer with her poetic heart and loving mind. She helped me realize that being myself wasn't anything to be ashamed of but something to be inspired by and in turn I could help others understand that being you isn't at all a hostage situation but a path to true consciousness. Anna Willow was primarily inspired by my first heart break and later on became a short story of reincarnating into this wonderful person who I am yet to become.
Thank you to everyone who supported me when I first released this story on Wattpad in 2016, when everything was still raw and immature and thank you to those who have just started reading it it means a lot to me.
As someone who wants to pursue a career in writing, I feel that there are people out there who appreciate the beginning of things and stand by to see the end as well which just makes my heart melt.
