After watching Frozen for the thousandth time, Nicole kept singing every song while getting ready for bed. She knew every lyric by heart.

"Thanks now that song is stuck in my head." Martin whined.

"Aww come on it's not that bad. A little annoying from time to time but it's catchy. Besides you love listening to her sing as much as i do."

"True, afterall she does want to be a singer. I always said she has the voice of an angel."

Nicole sang each chorus perfectly.

"Agreed i could listen to her all day. It's like we have our own little Celine Dion."

"Mmhmm and i have my own sexy Caroline." Martin flirted coming up behind her.

She turned to face him wrapping her arms around his neck. "Mmm, what's the matter? Can't think of a celebrity without getting me jealous?"

"Nah, sure i've had my fantasies of Jessica Biel but that ended when i met you." He said kissing her.

Caroline broke the kiss. "A little cheesy but it still works. Come on i promise we'll have our fun this weekend after we drop Nicole off at your mother's."

"She's taking her bath. That means we have an hour at most. Please with cherries on top?" He pouted giving her the puppy dog eyes.

Caroline laughed, "Honey it's a 3 day weekend. Trust me it'll be worth the wait."

Martin sighs, "Well you do know i love it when you play cat and mouse. I still remember how much of a tease you were when we were dating."

"That's what makes it worth the wait."

Before things got more detailed, they broke apart when they heard the bathroom door open.

"Mommy! I'm done, can you read me a bedtime story now please?" Nicole called from her bedroom.

Martin was shocked, "What?? She's actually in bed and not running around the house? I was starting to think the day would never come."

"I'm just as shocked as you are. Oh great, now i'm gonna miss it. Why must she must grow up? At least she still plays with her dolls and not our tablets. I don't think i could take it if that happened."

"Right? I've seen kids her age or younger who know more about smart phones than adults. As if that Pokemon Go doesn't annoy me enough already."

Caroline playfully glared at him.

"Uh i-i mean not that i don't like the show it's just... i think it's just silly that some people only hang out with others because of another app game."

"Hehe i'm not much of fan of those games either. I'll see you in a bit it'll be only a matter of time before she comes jumping on our bed cause of the thunder."

"In that case sing her a lullaby afterwards but don't take too long. Oh and don't forget to leave her a quarter under her pillow. We already forgot the last couple of nights."

Caroline felt so blessed to have a loving family of her own. She used to think no such thing existed but it was perfect. Her prevention center was all planned out and she was ready to start making some calls. After the suicide of her best and only friend when she was a mere teenager she swore on his grave that she would dedicate herself to anyone in need of help.

Sorry for the slight delay it's been a busy week. Will Caroline have her prevention center as planned or will everything she's built come crumbling down before her very eyes. Happy Halloween everyone and...
