I'm Wendy Finley. I am a 15 year old girl who lives with her mom and goes to an all girls high school. I have dark dark brown eyes, with chocolate brown skin. I have black braids which is usually tied up or just down tied with little pieces of hair from the side in a small pony leaving th rest of my hair loose. I'm in the ninth grade with a few close friends but no best friends like the ones no one will ever replace from my junior school. I'm a very kind person but can be annoying to my close friends but hopefully they don't mind. (It's just my way of saying I love you - In a friendly way) I share a lot and I can never say 'no' to anything people ask me to do even if I don't want to do it.

My mom and I are moving at the end of the year when school ends, to another city and I'm really excited even though I'll be leaving my friends behind. Thank God there's WhatsApp to keep in touch.

There were now 10 of us who were standing around in a circle looking at our phones and each others concerned faces. I decided to tone the tense mood down by asking what was everyone's names and ages. These are all the answers I got:
Ben-16 years old
Lesego-15 years old
Jenna(my next door neighbour) - 16 years old
Connor - 16 years old
Jake - 17 years old
Me - 15 years old
Bella - 13 years old
Mia - 15 years old
Harry - 16 years old
Shane - 14 years old

I could see everyone was relaxing a little bit when we were focused on who was who. I started to ask everyone on suggestions on what we could do.
"We could phone our friends to see if they are in the same situation", said Bella.
"That's actually a really good idea", Shane and I said together.
"We could go adventure out in our area to see if we can find any more teens", said Harry
"Ya, we should do that.", Lesego and Ben piped in.
So I said to them that it would be best to phone our friends first, then go back to each of our houses and pack a backpack with supplies we would need to set out on our journey and we should also make a meeting point with the people we could manage to call to stay together.
They all agreed on this so all of us stuck our noses in our phones to see who we could get through to.
I phoned my close friends from my recent school and my best friends from my previous school. Funnily enough they all answered and most of them were confused about what was happening and some of them were upset and worried about their parents. I tried to calm the ones who were in shock and set out a meeting point that we should all go to.
We would all need to ride on bikes or scooters or skateboards or even roller skates, so we could get to our destination faster. Everyone told their friends in our group which told their friends and soon the message would start spreading out to meet at a mall we knew well. Our group, which we named the Beginning Squad which is quite lame but that's all we could come up with at the moment, agreed to go to each others houses and get our supplies but we would have to stay in a group, which meant going to each of our houses one by one with everyone. We first went to Jenna and mine's complex and got our things. I packed in a waterbottle and extra set of clothes. I put on my ring my mom gave me and the necklaces too. I sneaked my little toy lamb I had in my bag so it would comfort me. I packed in other necessities I woukd need and Jenna was next door doing the same with half of the group with her and the other with me. I packed in my purse with my bank card in and some toiletries (Just to keep fresh). When we had finished we moved on to Shane's and Bella's house, they were siblings. They also got their supplies and we went on to Lesego's house then Ben's, Connor's and Harry's(they were twins), and lastly Jake's house. We all lived in the same area.

We all went back to the place we first met and got out our phones and used Google Maps to find our way to our destination that by now many teens were going to. Jenna, Connor, Lesego and I rode our bikes. Ben and Mia rode their scooters, Bella was on her roller scates and Shane, Harry and Jake rode thir skate boards(they were quite good at it).

The wind was getting chilly but it wasn't too bad. Luckily half of the group packed food so we weren't gonna starve...well... I hope.
