So Josh proposed to Maya like an hour ago and Lucas has been all sad
Maya POV
I'm so happy that Josh asked me to marry him. We were having a midnight party to celebrate. I was chatting with Josh had to go to the restroom. Josh came back. Lucas: Maya can I talk to you privately.
Josh was still near tho
Maya: um yeah what's up
Lucas : come on Maya stop acting dumb
Lucas: you and Josh are engaged and you two belong together as I want you to know that I wish you and Josh a happy future
Maya: thank you
Lucas: and I want to propose to Riley next month but I don't know how
Maya: I'll write down some of Riley's favorite romantic things
Lucas: thanks
Maya : no problem
I went back to Josh
Josh: so how do you feel about the engagement
Maya: I feel like if I'm the luckiest girl ever
Josh: that's how I feel just knowing that you love me
I smiled
Josh: I love you
Maya : I love you too
Later on around 1 am
We went to sleep
*the next day*
Josh POV
I woke up and Maya wasn't there . I looked around the house there was still no sign of Maya. I called Riley , she didn't know where she was either. I started to worry I picked up Riley and we searched for her.
I was looking everywhere for her .
Riley: maybe she got kidnapped
Josh: I hope not
Maya POV
I remember waking up and I walked outside and I was knocked out.
I woke up again and I looked around I was in a dark room. I got up and I started to explore. I heard footsteps so I went back to where I was and pretended to be asleep. I heard Zay's voice.
I opened my eyes like if I was waking up.
Zay: hi Maya
Maya: what do you what Zay
Zay : I want you
Maya: eww I don't like you like that
Zay: Maya I love you
Maya: well I love Josh
Zay left the room and locked it
I had my phone in my back pocket . And I looked out the window and texted Josh the address . I hope that they find me .
Josh POV
I got a text from Maya telling me where she is. I drove there as fast as I could . I reached the residence. It was a weird creepy house . I looked through the windows and noticed one was opened, at least half way . I finally got it to open all the way after ten tries. I saw Maya and helped her escape. Then I told Maya to wait in the car. I knocked on the door and Zay opened it I started to beat him up . He fought back . I guess Maya called the police because they showed up . Zay went away .
I ran to Maya so I can kiss her and hug her .
Josh: thank god your ok
Maya: thank god I have you in my life
I blushed
We went home and we were wedding planning it was great.
I awas excited we agreed to get married on July 22 .
