Each day life gives us obstacles, some big some small. Each day, life gives us chances to make our own choices. Each day, we have a chance to write our own history.
This was mine.
8 years ago I made the biggest decision of my life.
I made the biggest decision of our lives
And I've regretted it ever since.
It broke us, it tore us completely apart. It made us forget the way we felt about each other - even about ourselves.
I've spent the last 8 years in my own sorrow of wondering what could have been, what should have been.
That day will forever be burned inside my mind.
