Today,my bestfriend Jun decided to dig and hide our friend time capsule in our tree house.We have been friends ever since I was 4 and he was 5 years old.

"Minchan,help me dig a hole in the ground please."

"Alright."
I took a shovel and started measuring the hole so that the time capsule could fit.

After hiding it deep down,we made a promise that we would only open this when we are adults and that we would meet at this same tree no matter if we don't live here.

"Okay?"

"Okay."

Jun then left to go back to his house and I went back to mine.A little later then,i got a call asking me to come out and I saw Jun standing on my backyard tree.

"What is it,dude?"

"Min,I'm sorry,i gotta go.My parents are transferring back to China and I'll be schooling there and maybe live there till forever."

"But jun,you promised me.We're going to stay here until we're adults then we can go back to our hometown."

"I know,i'm just really sorry.Bye,minchan."

He left crying and walked back to his house across the street.We were neighbours so it was easier for us to be walking together to school and do other things without our parents worrying.

The next day

Everyone went back to their own classes and today was the last day for Jun to school here.He seemed very quiet although he was supposed to be happy to be going back to his hometown.Before going home,he gave me a letter and asked me to open it at night after he leaves Korea.

That evening,my parents and his had a small party to celebrate them going back to their hometown.Our moms gave each other home cooked foods and our dads switched guitar picks.Jun later than handed me a small charm and on top of it was a picture of us.
He seemed sad and quickly hugging me not letting me go.

"Bye,best friend."

"Bye,dude."
He bid farewell to us and left with his parents in their limo to the airport.I felt like I have lost something precious in me.My parents allowed me to send him to the airport but that just makes me more sad to see him.

I opened the letter and it looked like he left me a key to the time capsule.

Dude,take care of this key for me okay?
I will,jun.

A few weeks later,Jun's house was bought by a very rich salesman who was famous for his American-based products here in Korea.I've been staring at the house for a few days and still thinks that Jun lives there although he doesn't.I guess i really miss him.

I am now one of Korea's well-known chefs and work in one of the biggest companies.One day,my boss sent me over to a music recording company which is Pledis and they are known for their new rookie boyband group,Seventeen.I got there as soon as possible and prepared everything when Seventeen came,a person caught my sight which was Jun.He looked very much different and he even is much more good-looking.I was caught by one of my friends when they saw me stare at him.

"Yah!Are you Lee Minchan?"

"Yea..yeah that's me and are you Jun?"

"Well,how do you know?Wait—you're Min,my friend right?Hello!"
He greeted politely and gave me a hug and even looked into my eyes while he was being a bit teary.

"Jun,are you okay?"

"Yea...it's just that i missed you.Want to go out after this if you're  not too busy.I don't care what other people are going to say if i go out with one of the best chefs."

"Umm...okay."
