Yumiko's POV...

"Yumi-chan, wake up..." I slowly opened my eyes and found myself on a soft white bed. It's been months since the war and everything's all going well. Many lives have been lost during the war, but both humans and supernatural creatures are now all working together to rebuild the earth... to rebuild our kingdom from its ashes. 

My brothers, they've become closer to each other and they've all become more matured after everything that has happened in our past. Yui-chan, on the other hand, had become my personal assistant. Her old fragile demeanor from long ago had long been gone. She's no longer the same young woman from our past who wanted to become a nun. She's become headstrong and is not afraid to say what's on her mind. Unlike before, she's learned to run with her head than with her heart.

As for me, I've been crowned as queen and married my brother Kino, whom I haven't met yet, to be my king instead of our eldest brother, Shu. He's really kind, though hard to understand, he's always been there for me to give me advice and guide me through my path to becoming a true queen for our people. He never rules over me, but instead, he rules beside me and that's what I liked about him. He's very patient and a partner I've learned to love with all my heart.

 "Shall we head out, my queen?" he said, kissing my hand "We can't let our people wait for too long..."

I smiled at how affectionate he rubbed my stomach with a smile at the little life growing inside of me. I could still remember how our relationship started in a fixed marriage just for the sake of our kingdom. Like cat and dog, we'd always fight and get into so many disagreements. I've made things so hard and difficult for him all the time, but one thing I've learned for him is that he never gave up. Not just for our kingdom, but also for me...
