Chapter 21 - Start of Something New

So before I begin with this chapter I wanted to say Thanks for the support! I went back through my chapters and I didn't realize how many comments there are on some chapters and I didn't respond to! I do want to let you guys know that in every fan fiction I write, I do read the comments and try to respond to them. With that being said, here is the next chapter of My Best Friend's Brother!

Brianna's POV

"Marriage?"

"Yes. What do you think about it?"

I sighed. "I don't know, I mean we are only 19 and things are getting better now and...I don't know."

Deep down, I knew. Mitch was the type of guy that aren't meant to be settled down, yet we have been together for a while now but I didn't want to change him but I knew it was already happening.

"Well, what if I purposed to you?"

"I would say yes but I would have mixed feelings about it I guess."

"Take off the promise ring." I looked at him and I pulled it off my finger. He reached into his pocket and pulled out another ring. He slid off the side of the bed and got down on one knee.

"Oh my god." I said.

"Brianna Walsh, I love you and we have known each other for 13 years. You are the most amazing girl I have known and mean so much to me. So would you please do me the honor of marrying The Benja."

I laughed. "I'll marry the Duke of Power Moves."

"Deal." He laughed and kissed me as he slipped the ring on my finger. I examine it and it looks the same, the date 09.15.2001 is on there and the diamond was a little bigger.

(The Next Day)

Brianna's POV

I record my Draw My Life and upload it. I tweeted it out

"@LadyGamer Draw My Life is up!"

I sit on my computer and watch it.

"Hey guys, Brianna here or also known as TheLadyGamer and this is a Draw My Life! Growing up was rough for me. My dad passed away when I was in 1st grade. But I met someone that helped me through it, and you all know him as TheBajanCanadian or Mitch. He was my best friend and helped me though everything. When I was 9, things changed because my sister Juliette became a teen mom. It made our family's relationship tense. I lived with my mother, Juliette, my older brother Nathan and my younger brother Drew. When I was 12, I was taken away from my mom for her drug abuse, but Drew slipped under the radar somehow. Nathan and Juliette already moved out. I was sent to live with my aunt who is a terrible woman. She abused me, scars cover me and my mentality was never the same. I was bulimic. I ran away from her house with the help of Mitch and lived with my grandmother to finish my senior year of high school. After I graduated,  Mitch asked if I wanted to live with him, Adam and Jerome and I said hell yeah! and packed my bags. About 8 months ago Mitch and I took our relationship to the next level and became boyfriend and girlfriend! About a few weeks ago, I found out I was pregnant. But I guess it wasn't our time because we sadly lost the baby. It broke me apart and sent me into a depression. I learned that you have to pull though and life will go on. I learned that now and I am very sorry to put it on you guys like that. Mitch and I had our ups and downs like normal relationships do, but we have been though more than you can ever think. So last night, he asked me to marry him. I said yes and now we are perfectly happy. Thanks so much for 1 Million guys. It means a lot to me and my Youtube family and I really do mean that I love each and every one of you because if it weren't for you guys, I wouldn't be here right now."

The video ended and I smiled. Because I knew that we would be fine.

Mitch walked in and I stood and hugged him.

"I love you." It was the first time I said it in weeks.

He chuckled. “What?” I asked.

“Nothing you just say that a lot.”

“God, want me to stop expressing my feelings to you? Fine then.” I let go of him to be grabbed again and pulled in.

“I’m kidding dood. I love you too.” He smiled and I did to. “So when are we breaking the news?”

“How about…now?”

“Okay, leggo.” We walked downstairs to the main floor.

“HEY EVERYONE, GET YOUR SEXY ASSES DOWN HERE!” I screamed causing Mitch to laugh like crazy.

Quentin, Ian, Jason and Adam came downstairs. Jerome and Emalyn weren’t home yet with baby London, so we would tell them later.

We all sat in the living room. “What’s going on?” Jason asked.

“Well, we have some big news?”

“More big news. Oh dear god.” Adam said sarcastically.

"Thanks a lot... We are getting married.”

Their jaws hit the floor, I wasn’t surprised by their reactions really, I honestly didn’t know what to feel in that moment either.

"Really?!" Adam asked.

"Seriously. Yes."

Then they all started to cheer and as they were being lunatics the door opened to Emalyn, Jerome and London.

"Guys! Shh!" I whispered since London was sleeping but then her eyes shot open.

"Hey guys!" Emalyn said as she put the carrier down and hugged us.

The guys started making faces at London.

"You okay?" I asked Jerome as I hugged him.

"The happiest I've been in a while." Jerome said.

"Mitch and I are engaged."

"Congrats guys!" Emalyn said and smiled

And we were all happy.

No more drama, fights, anything.

This is the start of something new.
