Genes POV

Me, Sasha and Zenix where sitting down by the bleachers like we always do. Zenix was tagging the wall again and Sasha was reading something. I just breathed in the fresh air and smiled to myself. Sasha looked up and smirked at me. Ignored her and lay down on my back.

We heard the bell ring from a distance and looked at eachother. We must have forgotten what time it was. We packed our stuff and ran towards the schools entrance. Where's our favourite kitten I wonder? Probably drooling over that blonde kid. Yuck. I wipe the thoughts away and keep walking.

Sasha's POV

I quickly put the novel in my bag and raced with Gene and Zenix to the front doors of School and we just kept walking and said goodbye. Genes mom was there to pick him up and she glared at me, I just smirked and turned around and kept walking. She got on my nerves and I knew I got on hers. I didn't get what I did to her. It sounds mean but why not blame Zenix too. He's the punk!

Me, Gene and Zenix have always been close. I don't know what I'm going to do when we graduate. What if I never see them again? Wait what? Why am I thinking about all this? I never think about these kind of things. I pinch the bridge of my nose and keep walking down the road. Suddenly I bump into someone's shoulder and wince. "Hey watch it!" I shout at him. He turns around and growls. Ugh werewolves. Disgusting things.

Gene's moms POV

I'm mad about Gene hanging out with her. She just thinks she so cool when she's just putting a bad influence on Gene. I'm planning to talk to him about it but I'm a little unsure because he gets mad when I complain. A frown sets on my face. He needs to understand that I just care about him.

Sasha's POV

I sighed walking home to my apartment. I lay down on my bed and brushed a hand through my soft hair. It was coming up to the end of the school year and Gene would leave next year. As corny as it sounds I didn't want him to. I would miss him.

I stretched my arms out and yawned. Something about today felt different, we weren't talking as much as we usually do. I slowly felt myself drift off to sleep.
