Chapter 4

Tom's POV:

I ran through the park gates hoping Lizzie would still be there. She probably hates me because she thinks I was messing with her. I was now 30 minutes late she would be gone by now surely. I stopped running and just walked to the other end of the park. Then some idiot walked into me. She looked kind of sad. I couldn't see her face properly as she mumbled something. I think she said she was sorry. When she bumped into me it sent fireworks through my body telling me she was the one. My heart told me she was the one for me. I slowly put two fingers under her chin and lifted her head up so I could see her face...

She was beautiful...stunning...amazing. She was....Lizzie.

"Lizzie I'm so sorry, I was running late. My cat, Marvin, started being sick so I had to take him to the vets." I said hoping she would forgive me.

"Really?" She questioned.

"Really." I replied "My cats mean the world to me."

"I love cats. I have one called Susie." She laughed slightly causing me to smile. I loved her laugh. In fact I loved her.

"So do you forgive me?" I asked not wanting to sound too desperate for the answer.

"Yeah. I forgive you." She smiled. Beautiful. I have no more words to describe it.

"Do you want to come round to mine the guys are there so you can meet them and the cats." I said and she nodded her head. We headed towards my car and I opened the door for her. She thanked me as I got in the opposite side and drove off.
