"It's great" Jake replied "That's wonderful." I said, "Oh you're just like Abe." I said grabbing his face and examining it. "Huh." I said "That's, well Peculiar." I smiled "I'm....not....um.." he stuttered
"Well your way of speaking is Peculiar, anyways I have to go, Supper is soon." I walked past Enoch's room and entered mine. I decided I should change into a blue dress(1). It really did bring out my eyes. Anyways, I walked out to the garden to play with the kids, which is very fun. "Hey Alvina, come play with us!" Hugh yelled while a couple of bees flew out of his mouth.
"Sadly I can't today, Horace would get mad if I ruined my outfit." I yelled while walking over. "I'll play tomorrow, alright." I said. "Alright." Millard replied as I kissed both their heads. "Goodbye now!" I said walking away. I could see Enoch looking at me from a window in the upper level of the house.
All I did is give him a thumbs up then my middle finger. All he did was smirk. I ignored it and walked inside. "SUPPER!" Miss Peregrine yelled. I walked in and sat next to Enoch as seeing it's the only seat available, because Jacob didn't want to sit their(2). "Oh god!" I muttered. "What was that, darling?" Enoch smirked.
Oh, he want to play that game. I always win that game. "Oh nothing Enoch." I smiled while rubbing my leg against his. "Miss Peregrine, what's for Dinner?" I asked still completing my actions. "You'll see." Was what she said.
Dinner was great. We are still seated in the dining room. "Jacob, you know Enoch right?" I asked, still rubbing our legs together. I could see Enoch get a bit tense. "Yeah he intr- showed me something.." he replied. "Jake what did he show you?" I said raising my eyebrow.
"Oh it's nothing." He mumbled. We all stood up and left to the lounge room, it was time for one of Horace's movies. "Jake unless you want to see me angry please do tell me, what did he show you. "Um, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to say this but he introduced me to Victor." He whispered. "Is that so?" I said to him. "Yeah." He replied.
