Am I going crazy? We've known each other for two weeks. TWO WEEKS. How did I love this man so much already? Maybe it's because in the past two weeks, I feel as if they made up for the past eight years of my life. The past eight years that I've hidden away in my bedroom. I was a scared little girl, and now I feel like I can fly. Yet, I was still too afraid to speak. Tonight, I wasn't going to think about yesterday. I wasn't going to fear him tonight. I was going to spend tonight with the sweetest man I've ever met.

I walked off stage after Carson was done performing and waited for him. I was actually surprised that there weren't girls all over him, considering how beautiful his voice was. Maybe they had enough respect not to do that, considering he did just sing to me on stage. It was still shocking. I was preparing myself for it, so I wouldn't be jealous. But it ended up being about 10 girls at the most, and they asked for a picture with him.

Carsons POV-

After the show finished, I took a few pictures, and then I was able to walk over to Avalon. I could tell she enjoyed it, which made me happy.

"Hello, beautiful." I smiled at her. In the most adorable way ever, she bit her lip and waved. She looked so shocked to have somebody do what I just did for her. Honestly, I was shocked that I was the only one that has. I know it's cliche, but every day I wake up and like her more and more.

"You know, it's only 8. Let's get out of here and get something to eat?" I asked, and she nodded yes for a reply.

I put her arm through mine, and walked over to where Declan was standing.

"Hey man, that was incredible." Declan put his fist out, and I fist bumped him.

"Thanks. I'm taking your sister out to dinner." He smiled, I was glad he was cool with me liking his sister and being his friend. Not too many guys would be cool with that, but he says I've done a world of good for her.

"You treat her right, bro." I laughed when Avalon gave him a dirty look playfully.

"You know it."

I wrapped my jacket around Avalon, because her being the silly girl she is, she decided to not wear a jacket again. I didn't mind, though. She looked beautiful in mine. I walked her to my car, and helped her get into it.

We decided that we would go to a fancy place in town to eat. I'd never been, but Avalon told me it was delicious. On the way there, we had a conversation with the white board. I decided to leave one everywhere I'll be with her, that way I can communicate with her. I was hoping on picking up on sign language soon, that would probably be a lot easier for her.

"You're amazing, you know that?" She wrote on the white board, lifting it shyly for me to read. When I read it, I instantly smiled. I was so happy to know that she thought I was amazing. I thought SHE was amazing.

"And you're incredibly beautiful, you know that?" I needed to remind myself to compliment her more. I wanted her to know how beautiful she truly was. Plus, when she blushed, it made me want to kiss her more than anything.

Avalons POV-

When we pulled up to the restaurant, I was happy. I hadn't ate much of anything today, so I was happy I was going to feed my stomach before it ate itself. Carson, being the gentleman that he is, once again opened the door for me. I don't think I'll ever have to open another door. Not for as long as he sticks around, at least.

"Table for two?" The lady asked, getting out menus for us.

"Yes please." Carson had his hand rested on the middle of my back, and it felt nice.

The lady took us to a booth in the back corner of the restaurant. I was glad, normally not many people sit back here, so I wouldn't be stared at while I ate my dinner.

"What's good here?" Carson asked. I looked at the menu, and pointed to what I was going to get. It's what I had always gotten when coming here.

"Looks good, I'll try it." I was sure he would like it. We had a tendency to enjoy the same things.

When the lady came out, Carson ordered for the both of us. I noticed him eyeing me. I looked down at my shirt, and in my strands of curly hair, trying to see what he was looking at. I grabbed the white board and wrote,

"What are you looking at?" Holding it up, my eyebrow raised slightly.

"You. You're beautiful. I want to tell you that every day." I smiled.

He was the most generous human being in the entire world, and he thought I was beautiful. I was honestly lucky to have him in my life. He'd taught me so much, so many things that I was grateful for. He'd helped me through a lot already. He's quickly helping me overcome my fear.

We ate dinner, and watched each other. It's like we could have a conversation with our eyes. It was beautiful, something I had never experienced before, and something I'd never want to experience with anyone but Carson.

***** Later that night *****

Carsons POV-

I wrapped my arms around her, and stared at her beauty. She was focused on the movie that we were watching, but I was more interested in watching her. Every once and a while she would look at me and blush a little, knowing I was watching her. I couldn't help but to smile every time.

The movie came to an end, and she yawned slightly. It was cute. How was a yawn cute? You know how they say that love changes a man, makes him do things he wouldn't normally do? Yeah, that's me. I was sure of the fact that I loved her. I loved her from the moment I first saw her. I may not be in love with her, but I did love her. I can see myself falling in love with her, though.

Avalon reached over and grabbed her phone to check the time, and I saw that it said 12:30. Her dad was probably scared to death wondering where she was, so I decided to call Declan.

"Hey man, Av still with you?" He asked as soon as he picked up the phone. I was right, you could hear the worry in his voice.

"Yeah, she's still with me. We were watching movies." I heard him sigh on the other end, which made me smile, and feel good in a way. Her father and brother cared deeply about her, more than she knew.

"Alright, as long as she's with you it's all good. Bring her home whenever. I'll tell my dad she's fine." He waited for my reply of 'okay' before hanging up the line.

I looked back over at Avalon after setting my phone down, and she was yawning again. I smiled at her, and she smiled back.

"You look tired, do you want to go home?" She nodded no, and grabbed the white board off of the dresser.

"I want to stay here, with you. I don't want this night to end."
"Neither do I, Avalon. Neither do I." I kissed her forehead, and she put the board down.

That night, Avalon fell asleep in my arms. I watched her for a little while she slept, she looked stunning. I tucked a strand of her long, curly, brown hair behind her ear, kissing the top of her head, and saying,

"Good night, sleeping beauty." And with that, I drifted off into the most amazing slumber I had ever had before.
