"Can this day get any worse!?" yelled Josh

Well he did burn the food for the thrid time, stumbed his pinky toe on the coffee table, broke a plate, and knoted up Amy's hair.

"Here i got this you go sit and clam down." i said as threw the burned food away and starting making pancakes.

"Thank you." he said an kissed my check then slapped my ass.

"HEY I'M COOKING HERE!" i yelled. 

"hahahaha." that little asshole.

i made like 50 pancakes but the girls got to eat first since i made them.

"GOD DAMN ROSE YOU MAKE ONE MEAN PANCAKE!" yelled Max.

As the day went by it was time for us to head back to the court to see what was to be done with Gorge Sims.

"Breathe Rose you're going to be ok." Said Josh but was it?

"All stand for the judge." Said the police officer standing next to the podium.

"You may be seated now to conclude the case of Miss Winters." I sat down trying to keep myself clam.

"On all counts in evidence found against Mr.Sim you shall be sentenced to life in prison for the count of axe and threats do you have done against Ms.Winters and her friends." The judge said

I couldn't breathe I was so overwhelmed with joy I didn't know what to do finally just came over to where I was sitting and was smiling.

"We won! We won! Rose are you okay? Aren't you happy?" He looked so confused.

"Rose breathe, you did it he's gone." Sarah said as she was smiling.

I started crying but I was smiling then all the sudden all I heard was yelling.

"YOU LITTLE BITCH I WILL GET YOU AND KILL YOU IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO! DO YOU HEAR ME YOU SLUT I WILL ALWAYS BE IN YOUR HEAD, DREAMS, AND SCARS!" Gorge started yelling.

Josh picked me up and rushed me out of there.

"Shh it's okay baby. Look at me he is never going to hurt you again not as long as I'm around." He pulled me into a hug and held me till the media came.

19 weeks later

"Rosey where is Joshy?" Asked Amy.

Well Josh got a job so he could take care of Amy and not have Garrett's mom pay for every thing.

"He is at work Lil bug." We were walking through the woods looking at the trees as the leaves changed to fall color.

"Look Rosey its pink and green." Amy picked the leaf up and showed it to me.

"That's so pretty, here put it in my bag and we will show Josh when he gets home." I said.

"Yay, can we g-."

"ROSEMARY WERE COMING FOR YOU!" I heard someone yell in the distance.

No, no this can't be. Amy oh no what do I do.

"Amy do you remember where the tree house is?" I asked.

She nodded her head.

"I need you to run there as fast as you can okay and once you get there pull up the latter and dont let it down until I come get you, Leave the lights off just look at the stars when you get scared. And if you hear someone Hide and dont make a sound okay, I will try my hardest to get back to you okay." I asked.

"Okay I will I promise." She hugged me.

"Now go be safe." I said and watched as she ran.

I started to run the other way.
