My Poetry

I Love You

My vocabulary is immense

I could be a dictionary

But when I'm around you

I forget how to speak.

You leave me breathless,

I'm a fish out of water,

My vision goes straight to you,

My body is draw to you.

My poetry is flowing,

And I write it all down,

But you block out

All my little thoughts.

You come up with different ways

To say the same thing

To say what I'm thinking

You read my mind

I love you

This feeling of joy

I have never felt before

I love you

For now

And for evermore

You're stuck with me,

I'm stuck with you

Stuck like glue

That glue is love

It holds us together

Binds us together

Hold onto each other

Don't let me go

Because my fear is real

It will drag me away

I won't want to leave

Insecurities

They get louder and louder

With every second I am away

They start to scream

I get desperate

Search for the razor

Make them shut up

Make them go away

I can't cry

I don't know why

I want to scream

Desperation

Insecurities

I love you
