Don't be gone too long (too long)
Cause you won't be there to love me when you're gone
Don't be gone too long (too long)
Tell me who's gonna love me when you're gone

John sighed, looking to the blue sky above his head. The day was bright and sweet, the wind was blowing the dead leaves away and the sun was shining like it never did.

The whole world seemed peaceful and quiet at that day. But in the graveyard, nothing could be more different: the air was heavy and full of sadness and pain. The sadly environment refused to allow the good wave of the summer to crouch into the place. And God only knows how much John wanted to be out of that area, enjoying the day by thinking how unfair the world was to him.

Because that happy and smooth day was showing how the world cared about Sherlock Holmes and his drama queen's death.

It's been two years since the detective ended his life, leaving John and all their story behind. Two bloody years without solving a crime, running after guilty guys throughout the town... Two years without seeing his beautiful and annoying smile.

And that shit was tearing John's heart into pieces. He wasn't able to handle that anymore: every single day was passing through his eyes like a snap of fingers, and he still wasn't capable of feeling something. Nothing could cheer him up.

"Sherlock, if somehow you're listening to me...", he started his pray once again, the fourth one on that hour, "Just, please... I just can't believe you're laying down here, on this stupid and cold grave. This isn't the way you wanted to end up, I know it. So, please, just stop deceiving me. Don't be dead. Do this one more miracle for me. Don't be dead, Sherlock".

A tear went down to the ground, while John took a deep breath and tried to calm down. He gave one last look to the grave in front of him, and with a tired nod of his head, Watson decided to leave the graveyard, feeling exhausted.

A dark shadow inside the woods of the graveyard, who was watching the whole scene, opened a happy and satisfied smile. "Your wish is my command", it whispered, while its feet took the way to the apartment named 221B, on Baker Street.
