Wilson pulled away “I should go… while House is gone, I’m in charge of his Clinic hours apparently” I smiled “alright then have fun” he got up, changed his clothes, and kissed my head goodbye and left. I shuffled back into my covers ready to catch some Z’s but I couldn’t stop thinking about that kiss, and I hated it. I already had feelings for House and all… but Wilson and I used to date, I’m not sure if House will ever like me back so maybe Wilson would be a good choice to date, but I’m not completely into Wilson and he probably feels the same way.
Just as I started to drift into sleep my phone went off. “Holy shit” I said as I reached for the phone and answered, “what the hell do you want?” I asked timid, “and good morning to you too” House spoke sarcastically; I sighed but felt a tinge of happiness at the same time. “You are calling why?” I asked rolling over so I was on my back, “bored. Horny. Just making sure you’re coming tonight” “that’s pleasant. But yes I’m coming sheesh…” “Is it that time of the month again?” he asked, “what? No” “what crawled up you’re ass and died?” Let’s see it’s 9 in the morning on a Sunday, I’m a wee bit puckish, and I haven’t taken my Prozac since last night” “well then get up and get over here, I’ll buy you breakfast or lunch or whatever time you get here and take some Prozac. Simple as that, I didn’t think you needed me to tell you what you need to do” “ha, ha. You’re funny House. Besides how can you buy me breakfast? Since when are you allowed out?” “Ever since I decided to cooperate with them…” he mumbled barley audible I smirked “what was that House I didn’t catch it” saying obnoxiously so he’d repeat it, he said it again in defeat, “it’s about time House, took my advice eh?” “…Yes and it worked” “told you!” “Ha, ha, ha shut up!” “Well I’ll be there in a few, bye” “bye.” I hung up the phone and went to take a shower then off to see House.
House’s POV
I put the phone back on the receiver and then walked back to my room to get dressed and look somewhat decent. I stopped at my Therapist office to verify that I could steal I mean borrow his car. I walked in without knocking; he didn’t need to look up to know it was me. “What is it House?” he asked, “I need you’re car” this time he looked up “why?” “I’ve been doing so well here that I was allowed to go outside the rehab facility, so I just wanted to borrow you’re car for the rest of the day” he smirked and perked an eyebrow at me “and why is that?” “Because I’m taking a friend out to breakfast/lunch today and maybe to a carnival or some place” his smirked widened “would this “friend” happen to be Amanda?” we had a little staring contest before I answered “yes” I said quietly. He smirked again, knowing he won something he reached into his desk and pulled out the keys. “Don’t get in an accident” was the last thing he said before I took the keys and left.
Just as I got into the room where all the retards were the visitors were allowed in, I leaned against the wall casually and soon enough she walked over. “I hope you took you’re Prozac” I said she gave me a sarcastic grin “yes and I brought some as backup” she said shaking her prescription. I smirked and looked her up and down, “let’s go,” I said simply as I shook the keys and she just shrugged her shoulders and followed me out. “So where do you wanna go for lunch?” I asked her looking at the clock as we drove away from the building. “I don’t care you pick a place, the food there probably sucks” “okay then, and it does I’m surprised the suicidal people didn’t kill themselves over it” she smiled at my little joke and looked out the window.
I observed her for a few moments; I could tell something was up “so what’s wrong?” I asked her, “nothing why?” “No there’s something wrong, you’re not talking” “just because I’m not talking doesn’t mean there’s something wrong” “that may be true, but I can see it in you’re eyes that something’s wrong” she looked at me confused, “my eyes?” “Yeah when something’s wrong you’re eyes get duller” she smirked, “since when do you look me in the eyes” “I look everyone in the eyes, easiest way to tell if they’re lying or not. Besides you have beautiful brown-green eyes,” I said not really realizing what I was saying until I already said it.
