Waking up at eight, I brushed out my hair and let it fall naturally  off my shoulders then dressed in my black suit with the blue shirt with my black boots. I placed my badge in the inside pocket that zipped, Eric knew we are FBI but keeping it on the down low, now Will and I undercover as regular bodyguards. I grabbed the ear piece that I haven't used in years putting it in the jacket pocket to test out with Will later, checking they both still worked. Checked my weapon then slid it in the back holster and set my duffel bag and garment bag by the door waiting on Will to show. Just as I finished making coffee I smirked at the knock on the door, grabbing a mug and filling it, I opened the door handing it to Will while he nodded to me after he set his two bags by mine on the floor. Will made sure our earpieces worked and were on the same frequency as I made us breakfast, then sat with him while we ate. I cleaned up the kitchen then we grabbed our bags, I locked my condo door as Will held the elevator doors for me.

We set our bags in the trunk of my Audi,  both putting on our dark sunglasses and got in the car, before I started her up  pulling out heading to the Colby Corporation building downtown.  I looked at the building and internally had to admit even if Eric had money, he did build this company on his own from the ground up showing me at least he had intelligence and drive. Will and I both glanced at each other  before we scoped out the flaws in security as we walked in the building right up to the receptionist at the lobby desk. Will told her we had a meeting with Eric and she shyly flirted with him as she called someone, while I  stood off to the side watching people coming and going in the lobby. The  blonde told Will which floor we needed to go to then smiled as he winked at her before we both turned for the elevators.  Getting off at the top floor of course, there was a security guard by the elevator who nodded to us then  said “ Miss, sir, I need to have your names and do a brief search.” Okay so at least Eric has somethings in place I thought, the guy patted Will down and froze when he felt Will's weapon on his back under the jacket. I exhaled saying “ Easy bud, we have ID before you panic.” Will  slowly reached in his jacket and pulled out his badge, I also slowly pulled out my badge and the guy nodded as he let out a breath “Sorry sir , wasn't expecting any FBI agents.” I smiled answering “ Don't be sorry for doing your job and a fine one by what I see.”   He smiled as he told us to go through the door at the end of the hall, then handed Will  and I back our badges while  we both smiled putting them back in our jacket pockets.

The lady at the desk by the door told us to go right in, Will pushed the door open and we stopped  just inside the door standing off to one side of the room, seeing Eric rising up and shaking hands with an older gentleman saying “ So we're all set now Stan, thanks for the tip and we have to do drinks soon.” The kind looking man turned for the door looking at Will and I before saying “ Sounds good son, I'll let  you know when the misses sets a date for dinner one night.” Eric  looked at me raising his eyebrow because I still had on my dark sunglasses, but then again so did Will,  both Will and I sighing low knowing just what he was thinking at this point. We both nodded to Eric then  I  softly smiled to the gentleman as he smiled at me and winked  saying         “ The gods have blessed you Eric when they sent this angel.” making Will let out a low snort and whispered to me “ See sex appeal rolls off you.” I cleared my throat as to not laugh and hold onto  my professional demeanor. The elderly man walked out the door and as soon as it closed Eric cleared his throat saying “ Got to gave Stan that one, I can presume you two are the agents from my uncle?” I stood tall putting my hands behind me and Will spoke up answering “ Yes sir, I'm Agent Black and this is Agent  Hancock, I hope you have been briefed on how this all works, until we find and eliminate the threat against your life we now are your shadows.” Eric nodded replying “ Yes agent I have, not happy to have my personal life  under a microscope but my uncle assured me you two are the best.” Eric turned and walked behind his desk sitting down then waved us over, Will and I both stayed standing when Eric said “ Take off those damn glasses so I can see exactly  who I'm going to have living in my home.” I let out a slow breath as I took off my dark sunglasses hanging them off my shirt collar, Will followed suit  while Eric raised his eyebrow again looking at me asking “ Have we met Agent Hancock because you look so familiar?”
