It was the week after Hugh had killed Ben Johnson and he had a surprise: The railroad had returned. Hugh raced to his horse and galloped frantically to Blackwater from Armadillo, his pace getting faster.
When he arrived in the largely populated town, he dismounted his war horse and sprinted to the largely spaced building that was the railroad offices. Hugh burst through the entrance and got to his boss.
" Abraham!! The job has unpaused?! I have waited so long for this!". Hugh chattered on when his boss Abraham said, " Calm down Williams... You know you're still lead railroad officer of this department."
It was amazing... When he had a epiphany. " Wait. What do you mean this department? I thought we were the only railroad service in Blackwater." " We were... But things have changed Hugh. We are not the only ones; the leader of the new department is... Nigel West Dickens. He has a 'council' Williams, so be careful." Hugh was shocked.
