Adele's POV 

Where is she? I haven't heard from her all night or day! I was so upset when I found out about me being her "assignment" I thought that it meant me being her friend was fake, that our whole relationship was fake, that I was only business to her. But she said something just before she left that was making me a complete mess right now. 'I was doing it cause I cared not cause I was ordered to.' That was the last thing she said before running out of the house. 

There was no point in calling her cause her phone was still with us. Zayn had called Georgia last night to see if she knew where Molly was, and we haven't heard from him since. Zayn and Molly must be really close, I could tell when we were on the Ellen DeGeneres show. She could talk to them with just a single glance. I wish I could make friends as quick and easily as she could. But after my old so called "friends" broke me it took me four years just to trust Molly. I was snapped out of my intense thoughts as the phone rang. 

I rushed downstairs just as Georgia picked up the phone 'Hello?' She asked anxiously into the phone. 'OMG Zayn!' Georgia exclaimed in excitement. I looked at her in shock and mouthed for her to put the phone on speaker. 'Zayn?' I said into the phone choking back tears. I heard some background noises from Zayn's end of the phone. 'c'mon molly talk to her!' Zayn whispered. 'no I don't want to!'  Molly's voice rang through the phone.

I felt my heart shatter the tiniest bit more when I heard those words. 'Molly! Stop being so selfish she could be hurting!' 'I am NOT being selfish! I am hurting as bad as her!' Molly screamed at Zayn. 'Well then talk to her!' Zayn said sounding frustrated. 'Fine, but only if you give me those two packets of M&M's in your coat jacket.' Molly said before, Zayn sighed replying 'Fine, but you HAVE to talk to her.' Then we heard a silent squeal coming from Molly. 

A few seconds later and we heard a door being closed. 'Hello' Molly said her voice not holding any emotion or feelings. 'Um. Look Molly I'm so so so sorry for the way I reacted last night, I was just shocked and then blinded by hurt because I thought everything was fake. I-I just want my best friend back.' I whispered into the phone before I broke down crying.

'Shatter my heart a little more why don't you?' She joked into the phone causing me to let out a watery smile even though she couldn't see me. 'Listen Adele I was gonna tell you, it's just you looked so happy with Niall, and then I got the concussion then with escaping the boys house, it kinda slipped my mind.' Molly started rambling. 'Look honestly it's fine, just can you come home? I miss you.' I admitted into the phone. 'Haha yes we'll be there in about 45 mins, go to the boys house and just tell them to wait and that I will explain everything ok?' 'Ok see you soon.'
