The Set-Up (One Direction)

Beach Time

Molly's POV

Crap.

That was the only thought that came to mind as me Adele and Zayn were surrounded by the rest of One Direction and Georgia. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?" Liam demanded as he rushed to my side, grabbing both of my wrists tightly.

I hissed in pain, only causing Liam to grasp my wrists tighter, causing tears to spring my eyes. "WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER?!?!" Liam yelled at Zayn, still holding my wrists painfully tight, tears pouring down my face as one of Liams fingers was pushing into my cut causing a hot searing pain to engulf my body as I writhed around in pain, trying to break Liams hold."Liam mate, let go of her, you're hurting her."

Zayn said as he placed his hands over Liam's and prying them off of my wrists. I smiled gratefuly at Zayn before he nodded and faced the other boys and Georgia.

"Georgia, how about you stay here and help Adele clean Molly's wound and they can fill you in?" "yeah sure." Georgia replied before jumping up on the kitchen counter next to me. "Ok good, and boys, follow me into the lounge room." Zayn finished, the boys just nodded their heads and walked ou of the room.

"see you in a minute, dont scream to loud." Zayn joked as he walked to te door. "Oh hahah very funny." I replied sarcasm dripping from my mouth.

Zayn laughed as he made his way down the corridor his laugh echoing in the hallway. "so what happened?" Georgia said as she pushed my sleeve up gently until she reached the end of the cut, barely holding in her gasp of surprise.

I sighed pushing my sleeve up even further and holding it out for Adele to start cleaning before I started to re-tell the story.

"Holy Shit I am going to pound that boy to a pulp!" Georgia screamed about Louis as she jumped off the counter in anger. "No Georgia stop, it's not worth it." I said grabbing her wrist holding her back. My arm hand been cleaned and bandaged and now we were just sitting in the kitchen.

"But he got you so worked up! resulting on you badly hurting yourself, physically and emotionally, I should be bashing him up right now, infact you should be!" Georgia said before plopping herself down on one of the kitchen stools.

"Trust me, it's taking every fibre in my body to not go out there and beat him until he's blue, but I know that if I do that none of them will trust me again, except maybe Zayn." I reasoned uncrossing my legs as they were falling asleep.

"yeah, and I guess it wouldn't be to good for my music career would it?" "No it wouldn't" I said laughing slightly. "Reckon we should check in with the boys?" I said after a minute of silence. "Yeah let's go." Adele agreed talking for the first time in a while.

We all walked out to the lounge room to see Zayn and Louis yelling at each other while Harry was holding Louis back and Niall and Liam were holding Zayn back.

"YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND LOUIS! YOU'VE HURT HER! YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW MUCH SHE DOES FOR YOU! FOR ALL OF US! AND YOU ALL TAKE HER FOR GRANTED! SHE'LL PROBABLY LEAVE NOW! SHE WON'T WANNA STAY! AND THEN WHAT! WE'LL HAVE NO PROTECTION! WE'D BE DEAD BY THE NEXT DAY!" Zayn screamed at Louis struggling to break free.

"HOW DO WE KNOW SHE WON'T TURN ON US? HUH? WE DON'T! SHE COULD KILL US ANYTIME SHE WANTS TO! SHE'S A DANGER TO US! AND GOOD RIDDANCE IF SHE LEAVES! WE'LL HIRE SOMEONE WHO'S A REAL PROFESSIONAL!" Louis screamed back, almost breaking free of Harry's grip.

Tears sprung to my eyes as they continued, none of the boys noticing that we were there. I felt a hand on my shoulder, before I was engulfed into a hug from both Adele and Georgia. "You might wanna go calm Zayn down, he's about to snap." Adele whispered in my ear.

I nodded sniffling slightly, before breaking free of the group hug, and climbing over the couch walking straight towards Zayn. I ignored Niall, Liam, and Harry's protests as I walked up to Zayn until we were face to face.

He was still yelling at Louis not noticing I was there. I blocked out his yelling and grabbed his face in both hands, forcing him to look at me, he was still yelling insults but as soon as he looked at me, seeing my bloodshot eyes he stopped, he stopped fighting, and Niall and Liam released their grips on him, and he almost immediately wrapped me in a massive bear hug, not letting go and gripping on tightly.

"C'mon, let's get you out of here before you snap Louis' neck." I whispered in his ear as I pulled back from the hug and took his hand leading him to the front door, we left without saying a word to anyone else.

I jumped into the drivers seat and waited for Zayn to climb in as well, as soon as he had his seat belt on I reversed out of the car and went full out on the accelerator, the car filled with silence and Zayn's rage which was filling the air in the car.

We didn't speak until we reached the highway. "Where are we going?" Zayn finally asked, his voice raw from all the yelling. "We my bestest friend ever are going on a holiday. We are gonna go to your guys beach house yeah? and stay there for a few nights so that you can cool off. How's that sound?" I said as I sped up, the exit for the beach house coming up.

"Yeah, it sounds good, I'm sorry about Louis, he just doesn't have a filter sometimes. And I think that he might be going through a tough time or something, but that still doesn't mean he should insult you like that. I would have pounded him to a pulp if you hadn't stopped me." Zayn admitted his hands clenching into fists as he spoke.

"Listen Zayn, I know what Louis said wasn't nice, and I over reacted, so this whole thing is my fault really, but don't you for a second think that it's alright to hurt one of your best mates for something that he said, even though I wasn't acting it today I am a lot stronger than you think."

"Yeah I know." Zayn said smiling sadly at me.

"TO THE BEACH!!!!!!!" I yelled really loudly after a few minutes of silence, earning a loud snort of laughter to escape Zayn's lips, me chuckling along with him as well.

It will all be fine.

was my last thought before I heard a deafening CRASH and Zayn screaming "MOLLY!" before the whole world went black.
