The Set-Up (One Direction)

Messing up the set of Ellen DeGeneres

Molly's POV

As soon as those words were out of Niall's mouth I knew the plan was in action, I jumped over Liam's head and walked off stage towards a very shocked looking Adele I smiled down at her every trace that Harry's comment affected me gone. Yeah I know I'm a bipolar person :). Wow I just put a smiley face in my head. One room in a mental hospital for me.

I reached Adele and pulled her up leading her to the stage mocking Liam I caught his eye and stuck my tongue out at him teasingly he teased me right back by mocking me crying. The crowd laughed at this so at the last minute I pulled Adele over to the buffet table back stage and grabbed two cupcakes topped with cream. 

I handed one to Adele and she looked at me confused. 'MOLLY WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? YOUR ONE DIRECTIONS STYLIST????? HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS?' She screamed at me. 'Now is not the time for questions. Now is the time to cover a celebrity in cake' I said and motioned for her to take the cupcake which she refused to do.

'Fine I'll get Louis to do it.' I said as I walked confidently back out onto the stage and up to Louis with Adele lagging a few feet behind me. 'Hey Louis, you know how you said you'd help me prank any of the boys? Yeah well today is Liam's turn.' I smiled mischievously as I quickly handed him the cupcakes 'on my signal' I said as I sat myself down on Liam and turning to look at Adele.

'C'mon don't be shy. You can sit on Nialler.' I said as I turned so I could see Niall going beet red at this statement. 'S-Sure why not.' He said letting out a shaky breath. Adele walked over giving me the "if I embarrass myself its your fault" look before carefully perching herself on Niall's knee. I shot her back my famous "mmhmm" look and laughed at how red they had both gotten. 

'Ok so who's this?' Ellen asked looking confused. 'Well she's Molly's best friend Adele and we thought her and Nialler would make a cute couple, so we did this.' 'Ah so this is like a Set-up?' Ellen asked nodding knowingly. 'Yep. Now me and the tommo have some thing we want to show you guys.' I yelled at the audience earning cheers and whistles from the crowd as well as some boo's.

'Now we need a volunteer.' I said pretending to search the crowd full of hands up. 'Ok well no one wants to do it so... LIAM! Up you get.' I said jumping off him and going over to Louis. 'You know what to do.' I whispered before going over to a confused Liam. 'Just stand right here.' I said lining him up so the crowd could see him very clearly, I then walked over to Louis who was about 5 meters away from Liam. He handed me a cupcake behind my back and the whole crowd gasped causing Liam to look horrified. 

'AND 3,2,1 FIRE!!' I yelled throwing the cupcake at Liam and hitting him square on the chest. I then started randomly dancing yelling 'OH YEAH, OH YEAH I HIT LIAM WITH A CUPCAKE!' Until tow strong arms grabbed me and pulled me harshly onto the couch. I looked to see that it was Louis and his eyes were shining in amusement.

'You just pissed Liam off big time, he's gonna get you for that. Also look at the two love birds.' He said pointing to Niall and Adele who were shamelessly flirting not realizing everyone was listening. 'Well our work here is done.' I exclaimed startling Niall and Adele. 'Har Har very funny Missy.' Adele said humorlessly her eyes glinting with happiness that I hadn't seen in quite a few years. 

'Well c'mon you gotta admit hitting Liam with a cupcake is very fun.' I said smirking at a sulking Liam next to Louis and I, that's when I realized that I was still sitting on Louis. 'Uhm Lou you can let go of me now.' I whispered 'Good my legs were going numb.' He joked while pushing me off him onto Liam. 'Well hello cake boy.' I said smirking before getting up and joining Zayn infront of the couch. 

I looked up and saw that Adele was alone on the couch. 'Hey where'd love bird number two go?' I asked her although I have some idea. 'To get food.' Adele stated calmly. 'I'll go get him.' Liam offered. I gave him the look to talked to Niall about asking Adele out on a date.

He nodded and stalked of returning a minute later with Niall eating a cupcake. I turned to face Zayn and then grabbed his hands and started playing down by the banks. He looked at me confused so I shrugged and kept playing.

Halfway through the game I looked up and saw Niall and Adele holding hands, I nudged Zayn and pointed to them. 'Halfway to asking her out.' He whispered before we continued playing down by the banks while the rest of the boys besides Niall and of course Zayn continued on with the interview. 

'Well that's all we have time for I'm sorry.' Ellen's voice startled me making me blink causing me to lose the very intense 5 second staring competition with Zayn. 'Wait there's one thing that I want to do before we finish.' Niall's voice shocked us all. He got off the couch pulling Adele with him. 'Adele I know I haven't known you very long but wouldyouliketogoonadatewithme?' He said rushing the last part. 

'What was that?' I looked at Adele and saw that she had understood what he said but she decided to mess with him. Niall took a deep breath before saying. 'Will you Adele I don't know your last name go on a date with me?' 'Of course!' She squealed flinging herself into his arms. We all cheered and clapped even the crowd. But that was all put to an end as a familiarly scary voice rang angrily through the studio.

'ADELE!'

MWAHAHAHA Don't you just love cliffhangers? And whats even better I can't update for a week probs. hahaha don't let the suspense kill you otherwise you can't keep reading the story :(
