"I am so tired." Mitch complained.

"Yeah, well that's what happens when you travel. Deal with it." I told him.

"I'm tired too." Jerome said.

"Of course you are. Now I have to deal with both of you. This is going to be a great time." I muttered.

"So, anyway, when are we meeting the others?" Mitch asked, yawning.

"In 3 hours. So that gives you a little bit of time to take a nap, so you're not dead during the meeting." I explained.

"Can I take a nap too?" Jerome asked.

I laughed. "Of course. Just make sure you're ready for the meeting. We have a lot of planning to do."

~~~Le time skip 3 hours later~~~
"Mitch, I know you're still tired, but we have to go! We're already late!" I yelled to him.
"Just hold on a second! I'm coming!" He yelled back.
I looked at Jerome.
"How did you get up so easily, yet Mitch had to be pushed out of bed?"
Jerome laughed. "That's just how it is. I didn't really want to get up, but I knew we had too. However, Mitch just wants his sleep."
"Yeah, I can tell." I muttered.
Jerome laughed. I smiled at him.
You know, Jerome wasn't half bad. Of course, he's Mitch's soulmate, but other than that. He's nice, and you can tell he cares about other people. If I can't be with Mitch, at least I know he's in good hands.
"Ok, I'm here. We can go." Mitch said, walking into the room.
"Finally." Jerome joked.
Mitch pushed his shoulder. "Shut up."
I smiled at them. Wait, I smiled? At them? Maybe I am changing...
"Well, are you coming Mat?" Jerome asked.
"Oh yeah, sorry. Kind of zoned out for a second."
We walked to the car, and then we drove to the place we were meeting Kenny and Choco. It was about 10 minutes away from where we were before, so we talked. We tried to keep the conversation light, to not think about what was going to happen. Even though none of us would admit it, we were scared. Ashley might not seem like much, but she can be dangerous when she wants to be. I know that because I was there to hear her plans. She is nice, don't get me wrong. But for the wrong ways.
"We're here!" Mitch said, which snapped me out of thoughts.
Jerome parked the car, and we got out.
"Not the best of places, huh?" Jerome asked, looking at the building.
"Yeah, well, this was their hideout. Ashley ditched them, so she probably won't come back here. It was the first thing that made sense to use. And we don't have a lot of time." I explained.
"Makes sense." Mitch said.
"Agreed." Jerome responded.
"Well, let's go." I said.
