Chapter 6: Enemies

Everyone thought they were a great couple. Trust me. They weren't. I could see past it. I mean, who couldn't? Apparently I was the only one who could.

My plan was simple. Show them that they don't belong together.

I mean, they would never see each other. Their time together would end soon. And the time differences when they went home to their different countries. No, different continents. I mean, 9 hours for a time difference? Really? How is that going to work?

I was just doing what was best for him. He was my best friend. We had known each other for a long time. I knew he couldn't handle it when his soulmate went back down to his country. The pain of being away from him would be too much.

I didn't trust him. He didn't seem trustworthy. Maybe that's why Vik never introduced me to him. Maybe he knew I wouldn't agree to his soulmate. And I don't.

So, my plan will start. Not a lot of people know how to break up soulmates. Vik's lucky I know how.

<><>Another yet different ?'s POV<><>

I couldn't handle it anymore. I tried, I really did. But being broken changes someone. And not for the better.

"I can't handle it anymore. We're going to do it." I told them.

They looked at each other nervously, then back at me.

"Are you sure?" One of them asked.

I nodded my head. "I can't hold myself back anymore. It's hurting me to be away. I need to go."

"Ok, if you're sure." The other one said.

"Yeah, I am. And I want you guys to come with too." I said.

"What?" They both said at the exact same time.

"Do you guys realize that Preston has a soulmate. He didn't even tell you guys." I pointed out.

"What? Really? He has a soulmate? He never told us..." One of them said.

"But the TBNR fam never keeps secrets." The other one said, sounding sad.

"Then are you with me? We could make it right." I said, already knowing what their answer was going to be.

"I'm in."

"Same."

I smiled. "Then let's start planning. This might take awhile to plan."

<><>Back to the first ?'s POV<><>

Where's his number? It's here somewhere...

Found it! Yes! This will be perfect.

"Hello?" They said.

I smiled. "Hey bird. I hear you're apart of the plan."

"Yep."

"So, you know what's going to happen, right?" I asked.

"I think so. Matt was pretty clear on instructions."

"Just to recap, I'm taking Vikklan, you and that soulmate of yours are taking Poofless, and Matt, of course is taking Merome." I explained.

"I still can't believe Preston never told us. We used to be so close."

"I know. I know, Choco. We all have our problems with them. Trust me, they'll thank us later for helping them through this."

"Are you sure?" He asked, not really sure.

"Yep. Of course." I said, sure of myself.

"Ok, if you're sure..." Choco said, trailing off.

"I am. Now, I'm going to be over there in about a day. Sound good?"

"Yep. We'll see you then." Choco said.

"Bye, bird."

"Bye Ashley."

I hung up the phone, and smiled. This was going to be awesome. Vikklan, Poofless, and Merome were going down. They weren't right for each other, so we were just doing what was right. I could tell Choco was a little bit hesitant, but he'd come around once he realized what we were doing was right.

I'm going to go to Florida tomorrow to start planning with the guys, so I should probably pack.

Well, time to start planning the defeat of the ships.
