Chapter TwentyThree

Sera's P.O.V.

      At the moment Harvay and me were at the campfire hanging out together because we have not done that for a while. It was time for both of our least favorite parts, secret time, but we both agreed to do it every time we hung out together.

      "So what's new with you", I say raising my eyebrows.

      "Well, ILIKEBRIAR, DONT KILL ME", he suddenly yells out as I look at him surprised at first, then it forms into a death glare. His face turns from relief to plain fear of me.

     "Well then",I say to him as Alex comes and tells us Lycan wants the four.

     Once we get there we see he has four campers as hostages, one already on the ground. We both wear looks of shock on our faces as realizations hits me that one of the campers in dead and its Milla Paige.

     "Ah there you are I was wondering what happened to you. I hoped you died, but your medicine did wonders on her", Lycan says, "Give me them and I will release the campers I have here".

    The other campers he has trapped included Peyton Wren, hunter Penelope Blue, and Samantha Smith. I looked on in shock at Milla on the ground, her twin Lilla next to her crying. There were wolves surrounding the hostages. 

     "Charge!", Lycan yells out to his wolves.

     Chaos ensues after he utters that word. Demigods not prepared ran back to get weapons while those prepared fought against the wolves, Alec was most useful because of his fire power to push the wolves back. The other campers tried to rescue the hostages, but that did not work as Lycan had to many wolves. We mange to save Peyton who has power over water being the daughter of Piosiden, so she came in handy too. After a while the other campers came and helped us. Suddenly I look aver my shoulder and see Lycan coming behind Chase as he fought off a wolf. I yelled at Chase, but he did not hear me.
