Blinded Love

Darkness

Well.... Darn. I dunno what to say. I will say one thing. It'll take a bit to get to Tsuna and his family. So be prepared.

Darkness. That is all I have ever known. I see auras but that is all. I have never seen the faces of the people around me and have only heard them. I cannot see as I was born blind. My parents.... I don't remember their voices as I was taken from them the day I was born. I know not who took me, all I know is the cage that is my home. The people who talk about me outside it, and the people who feed me and bring me to a room with a table that I am strapped to and injected with what they call 'Flames'. Please. Somebody, save me...

'I remember... That happened to me before I fainted... Where am I now?' I thought to myself as I allowed a familiar of mine, a cat I do believe, to roam around the area and show me what it sees. I see that I am back in my cage with some food and water near the door for me to eat. My Familiar, Lilac, leads me to the food and helps me eat it. I then release her so that she may rest and I can train my senses to tell me where I am. 'I hope someone comes to save me soon.' I whispered to myself groggily as I fell asleep. I woke some time later to find myself restrained on the table again and hear voices in the room. "Can someone tell me what you're gonna do to me?" I asked politely as I remained still. "Ahh you're awake. Bring the Cielo Mixture." A man said he had a voice that radiated power, confidence, and made his subordinates fear him. But that didn't concern me. "Uhh Buddy, I may be blind, but I wasn't born yesterday. I know your injecting me with flames of sky. I'm not stupid. I hear things though I cannot see. So stop playing as if I am a child that knows nothing." I retorted sassily and with venom not having said so much in my lifetime my throat began hurting. I then heard him give the order to inject me with double the amount of flames and to make me suffer. Big deal. They proceeded to inject me with the sky flames and I suddenly summoned a new familiar in my mind as not to show them. It was a lion cub. 'What's your name?' I asked it as it came over to me and nudged my hand wanting me to pet it. 'Gao~' it purred as I scrathed behind his ears. 'Aurum?' I asked him. 'Gao~' he responded as in yes. 'Can you fight?' I asked him seriously. 'Rour!' He said ferociosy. 'Good. Now I am going to let you out to fight evil people. But remember, I am blind. You'll have to be my eyes.' I cautioned Aurum. 'Gao Gao~' Aurum said while rubbing against my leg. I came out from my mindscape and opened my palm to show sky flames to the people around me. 'Burn alive.' I said darkly as Aurum came out and roared at them. "A LION?!" Like 50 of them yelled. As Aurum attacked I saw what he did as he became my eyes for a while and he turned to look back at me and I saw what I looked like for the first time. I had long ginger blonde hair an ocean blue eyes. With sky flames flaring at the crown of my head and my eyes looked sharper than I thought they were I also appeared to be hovering with my sky flames. Aurum came over to me and asked to be petted which I obliged and then we had more subordinates swarm the room looking for a fight. "Ugh really? More of you? Oh well." I said sadistically. "Get them Aurum." I said smiling happily. After a few more guards and some walls I finally escaped from that Hellhole. I walked through a forest with Aurum leading me towards friendly people. As soon as we reached a cottage at the edge of the woods I collapsed on the door step and released Aurum so that they would know I am blind. As soon as Aurum disappeared from my sight someone opened the door and saw me lying there. "Chaosuu bambina..." A baby's voice a boy I think said to me in fluent Italian. "Are you blind?" He asked me and I nodded shakily still laying there. I then felt myself get picked up by someone else. Another man was there and he laid me on a comfortable object. "Ummm What is this object I am laying on?" I asked them with my throat hurting from so much use in one day. "Little bambina you are on a sofa. Can you tell us your name?" The baby asked me. "I, I don't hve a name.." I whispered shyly as I think I had my face looking at the ceiling. As the two discussed something I looked over at them and saw their auras around them. The small one with the infant's voice had a bright yellow aura especially around an object hanging from his neck. The other had an orange aura nd seemed kind and caring while the yellow one was careful with whom he trusted. "Okay little bambina, for your name how about Rae?" The child sized one asked me gently. "Yes... That suits me just fine." I murmured sleepily.
