Chapter 5

Brandon's POV

"What!?!" Callie yelled

I stood there frozen.

She's pregnant, with my baby.

"I'll let you guys speak for a couple minutes." the doctor said then left the room.

I turned towards Callie. She had tears in her eyes but she wasn't letting them fall. I went over to her and pulled her into my arms. She wrapped her arms around my neck. I felt wetness on my shirt and I knew she was crying.

"What are we gonna do?" She said in between sobs

"I don't know but we will figure it out. I promise I will be here for you and this baby. I promise." I said

I felt nod against my body.

"We have to tell Stef and Lena, they should know." I heard her say.

"I agree. We'll tell them when we get home." I said

Just then the doctor came back into the room.

"Okay, I want you to make an appointment to see me in 2 weeks so we can check on the baby. The lady at the desk will make one." He said towards Callie. "Then you can leave." he finished

She nodded then got off the bed. She walked out the room with me right beside her. We went to the front desk and made an appointment.

After we made the appointment we headed home.

The car ride was silent, except the music. I drove because I knew that Callie had way to much on her mind, so did I but I wasn't the one pregnant.

"You wanna grab something to eat before we go home?" I asked her

I looked over at her to see her nodding. I took a right and we headed to McDonalds.

We parked and got out of the car. We went inside and we to the ordering section.

Once we ordered 2 burgers with fries for each, we went to a seat.

We found a booth in the back and sat down. We ate in silence for awhile.

"You know I've been pregnant before." she said out of no where

"Really?" I said shocked, why didn't she tell me before.

"Yeah, when Liam, you know, he didn't use protection. I found out a week after I left the Olmesteads. Then somehow Liam found out and made me get an abortion. I cried for 2 days. I didn't want to get an abortion but he said that if I didn't he would kill me and then Jude. So I had no choice." she explained

Wow, I can't believe him. I can't believe she got an abortion. I would never make her do that. I never saw how people could do that, get an abortion, it was so sad.

"I will never make you do that" I said to her

She smiled and nodded. We continued to eat in silence, but not an awkward silence. Once we were done we headed home.

We got home and went inside. Stef and Lena were on the couch in the living room while Jesus and Jude were playing a video game.

"Hey moms can we talk to you." I said

They looked up at us and nodded. They got up and we went into the kitchen.

"So how did the doctors go?" Lena asked as we all sat at the island, the moms on one side and Callie and I on the other.

"That's what we want to talk to you about. Callie is-"

"I'm pregnant" Callie interrupted me.

They looked at us shocked. "How did this happen?" Mom (Stef) asked

"I don't think I have to explain that, I'm pretty sure you've already learned that." I said

"No I mean, we told you to use protection. What happened?" she said

"It just happened" Callie said

"It just happened...when?" Lena asked

"About 3 weeks ago" we both said

"Did you guys... while we were-" mom (Lena) said

"No, it was when we had that staff day, no one was home." I explained

I saw them nod. Then Lena spoke. "Even though we are disappointed, we will support you no matter what."

"Thanks" we said again together

"Now we should tell the rest of the family" Lena said

"We already know!" we heard

Geez, is it like their hobby to ease drop on our conversations.

---November(9th month)---

Callie's POV

The baby is due any day now. I can't wait. A lot has happened since we found out I was pregnant. I am huge now.

I moved into Brandon's room until we both turned 18. Now we live across the street from Lena and Stef. We were so lucky to find a house this close to them.

Brandon has been the best helper. He is so protective to, he doesn't like me up a lot lately because of the bump. He put me on bed rest, which I hate.

Talya and I actually became friends. I know shocker right. After she got over Brandon and I together, she actually became nice.

Right now I'm laying on the couch watching The Last Song. Brandon was in the other chair doing homework. We both decided to go to school in California. I take college on the internet. Brandon goes to college about 20 minted away, so not far.

All of a sudden I felt wetness underneath me and a pain in my stomach.

The baby is coming

"Brandon!" I yelled even though he was only a foot away from me

"What?"

"The baby, it's coming!" I yelled

He dropped the paper he was working on and went over to me. he helped me up and we went into the car.

---Hospital Room---

"Push" the doctor repeated to me.

I kept pushing until I heard a scream.

"Good job babe" Brandon said to me as he kissed my forehead.

"It's a boy" the doctor said "What you gonna name it?" he asked

I looked at Brandon and he smiled at me. I looked back to the doctor and said

"Caden Joseph Foster"
