Spencer Reid X Reader

strange acts become....

For a while it hurt, but pain was a mere feeling compared to the storm going through you head at the moment. You and spencer walked through the doors of the bau just like all the other times before, but something was different, you were different. You tried so hard to just shake the feeling for now, you have work to do. And lots. 

"there she is" says rossi greeting you with a fatherly like hug. "you look fabulous" says morgan laughing slightly, you dont mind the light teasing banter.  You crack a smile as you feel spencer squeeze you hand and give you an understanding look. You nod signaling that your fine.  "conference room in 5 guys, we have a case, and also, welcome back agent L/N" hotch says smiling, "good to be back sir" you say smiling, feeling a second of relif as if nothing had ever happened. "are you feeling alright? do you need your meds?" spencer says with a worried look on his face. you smile and look into his perfect brown eyes "baby, im fine, i promise, i promised you id tell you if i wasnt alright?" you say nodding and dragging him to the conference room. 

"welcome back" garcia in her loud yellow dress, as she hugs you. "as you can tell we have a case, and its not so pretty, three murders in two day, all decapitated and show signs of sexual assult." she says looking pale at the photos of the heads. "all of the head were found at either a church or a hospital" jj says, "maybe its religion. saying see me, i am god." she says. As you sit and think about the case a sudden picture bursts into your mind causing you to jump suddenly in your seat. You turn red and look down at your thumbs. "are you alright Y/N?" says rossi. "yes im fine, just a bit of a sudden itch i guess." you say, forcing a laugh. The picture you saw, was of henry and his gun. 

"wheels up in twenty, local pd wants us there as soon as possible." hotch says leaving the room. "ARE you alright..?"asks spencer again. You cant tell him....they have gotten more powerful, and more often..he would worry to much. "i am, just as i said." you say sounding a little snarky. You imediatly feel bad. You grab his hand. "im sorry...i really am..im just..stressed thats all, and i know i shouldnt take that out on you.." you say sollumly. "Y/N, i know you are love. i really do. itll be alright." he says smiling at you. "i know it will" you say as you both walk off to get on the plane.

When you arrive local pd gives you the case files and you procede to work. "maybe its not religion...maybe its you couldnt save them.."you say thinking.  "maybe the unsub has sufferd a lose at the hands of a chruch or hospital" you say. "that would make sense considering all of them were sexually abused, maybe so was the unsub and no one helped him." says jj. You look at the photo of one of the victims, and think, im so sorry...

You walk back from getting you and spencer some coffee, as you walk you start to feel dizzy and light headed, but you shrug it off as needing a nap. As you reach closer to the room, the picture appears, you stop suddenly enough that everyone stares, you drop the coffee on your self and fall to the floor, as you think, "what have i done now...."
