After the boys stopped talking, we thought that would be a good idea to head to next period.
We all said goodbye and continued to go to our classes.
I looked at my time table, and we'll fantastic, science was my next lesson.
I looked around before getting irritated by the fact I didn't know where anything was.
I decided to ask. I saw a girl who seemed nice and approachable.
"Hey, I have science now too." She gave me a big smile.
"I'm Elizabeth, but you can call me "liz" or "lizzy" It's really upto you"
She had light skin, green eyes and hair which looks like she took care of.I could already tell that we were going to be great friends.

We set our bags down, and took our seats. Since I was knew, the teacher let me sit next to someone I was familiar with. And since Liz was in my science set, I decided to sit with her.
"So class, I hope you all had a lovely holiday" my science teacher smiled. My science teacher was pretty, I wish I looked like her, but instead I look like a potato which got hit by a car.
"Right open the text book to page 344 and start the questions, that's all we are doing for the lesson because I want to see how well you guys structure your answers" she said as she sat down at her desk.
I looked down at the text book,
Questions
A|What is Ionic bonding?
Wth?!? Who would know that?!? I was literally so confused.
"Need help?" I looked up to see Liz giving me a gentle smile.
"Er.. you wouldn't mind would you? I literally do not understand" I embarrassingly admitted .
"No of course not! Okay so Ionic bonding is when an element needs to have a full outer shell" she explained
"Shell? What?" I frowned
"You've never done this topic, have you?" She chuckled
" nope I didn't even know this was a thing"
" okay, so an atomic structure of an element is 2electrons on the first shell and 8 on the 2nd shell and 8 on the next" she carefully told me
I nodded my head
" so in order for an element to be full, the last shell needs to have 8 elections on the outer shell, do you get it?" She politely asked
I nodded, I have to admit British people are so polite.
"Alright, so basically, Ionic bonding is when one element needs to either gain or lose an electron in order to be full, and it takes the amount of electrons it needs to become full"
"Oh, I get it!!" I whispered loudly
"Great! Let me know if you need any more help yeah?" She giggled
" I will, thank you" I smiled
Alright I think I get this,
I kept reading
Yes, yes! Ahh finally I understand this!
B| Draw the atomic structure of any two elements which need to bond ionically
Crap, eff, I don't get this at all, I moved my eyes up to see what Liz was doing. She was busy writing crazily -she obviously knew what she was doing, but I didn't wanna ask in case I looked like a complete and utter idiot. So I sat there pretending to read. Also trying to figure out when I would ever use Ionic bonding in the future because I don't think I'm gonna ever need to use it tbh.An//hope you all enjoyed that chapter. It was short and I'm sorry. I'm gonna try my best to write as many chapters as I can this half term xo
