the title of this book is called "is it love?" because Charlotte Green found out what true love, and friendship was by meeting Peter. she also made friends with Ryan and Max. she had it rough and she still does, but together they have proved to get through the tough stuff. can they do it again? well you will have to read the next book. will she meet new people? and will Wilson Jenkins find her and get his revenge? we will have to see.
