LOOK AT UW!CHARA (Underworld AU, Korean version) AND ENVY (Fullmetal Alchemist), THEIR LOOKS LIKE GIRLS BUT THEIR FREAKING GUYS (well Envy is genderless but people call them "He")
Note: Underworld is created by Koreans which is unknown to me for which part of Korea they come from, their version of Undertale's Underworld is clearly based on the franchise of the same name, Underworld or it's just a thought of mine but I pretty sure the AU is based on the franchise
And one more thing, the Korean creators may be are fans of Fullmetal Alchemist and use Envy's design for UW!Chara
