I could feel the tear escaping past my eye. No this can't happen again I've worked to damn hard to fail again.
"Hey, do you need any help?" A masculine voice echoes in my ear. I spin around to be met with the most beautiful face God has ever created...
After driving for hours from Texas we finally come to sunny California. To bad we won't be living on the beach like I thought but we aren't too far from it only over the hills. We head towards our new home and where I'll be attending school.
~ A few moments later ~
Staring up at the masterpiece that is my new home I feel as if I have died and resurrected to heaven. This wooden heaven is radiating warmth and a homely feeling, if that makes any sense.

"H-how did we get this house?" I stuttered.
"My company had a little help with that" my dad smiled at me.
"Go look around Chlo" my mum pushed me gently towards the house.
Walking up the driveway I felt like a princess walking into her new kingdom. It was absolutely beautiful. Opening up the front door, my breath got caught in the back of my throat. The inside was even better. If that's possible.
Furniture was already installed and waiting. It was so modern but it had a cabin like look as well. First thing you see is the living room that is connected to the kitchen. How long do you think it's gonna stay this clean.

Down the hall was a staircase that lead to the upstairs rooms. Obviously. After reaching the top of Mt Everest aka the stairs, I was greeted with upstairs. Ok, first thing's first. Pick bedroom. Hmm which one? I have come across the bathroom.

There are lots of spare rooms for studys' or guests. I haven't found mine yet. I keep wandering until I find a door. It opens up to more stairs. Another level? I walk up and realise what this is. It's the attic... that's a room. I've found my room.

There is a huge window in front of the bed and a smaller one behind me on the stair case that can open up and let fresh air in. This is so cool! I don't know about you but I like it. I feel like I have my own space and life up here.
"Chloe! Where are you? Have you found a room yet?" I could faintly hear my mother yell.
"I'll be down now!"
Walking into the kitchen, with a ton of boxes ready to be unpacked is my mum humming to herself.
"Hey Chlo! Do you like the new house?"
"Like it? I love it!"
"That's great! Do you think you will be happy here? In California?"
"I'll try make it work mum, but for now let me help"
