Riker POV;
Christmas, Christmas, CHRISTMAS! This is absolutely amazing! We're in Colorado, with our family, and it's snowing! What more could you ask for? Unless you're Ryland. He's been videochatting Audrey all day. It's crazy how attached those two have gotten in a span of 3 months. But no one questions it, ha, no one would dare. This is the happiest I've seen him since Savannah. Lord knows I've missed that smile of his.
"Ross, can you please quiet down? I have to finish this call with Andre." Dad says, walking out in his new Duck Dynasty PJs.
"Sorry dad. Question; Where's Ryland?" Ross says looking around.
Come to think about it I haven't seen the little bugger in a while. What is he up to?
"I don't..know. Riker, go find him, please"
I stand up and walk around the house in search for the little rascal. Woah Little Rascals. Cool. I continue my search around until I land outside our cousin Gator's room. Gator's just about Brooke's age.
I walk inside the room and just lean on the doorstep watching the scene infront of me.
Ryland and Gator laying on the bed facing away from the window, probably.for.better lighting, videochatting with Audrey and Brooke. More like, Brooke and Gator being two adorable little children absolutely infatuated with each other, it's so cute. Gosh, i sound like Rydel.
"Knock, knock. Sorry to interupt, but Ross wanted you Ry." I say walking further into the room.
"Alright, but Riker, can you stay in here and make sure everything stays...G rated in here? Wouldn't want those two getting too close." Ry says jokingly.
"Wouldn't...that's basically incest Ryland ugh, go to your brother." Sheesh.
He walks out and I sit in his place next to Gator, who's telling a story to Brooke, about Land Before Time IV.
"But, Gator, didn't they save the dinosaurs last movie, or the one before that?" Brooke says, obviously getting tired of the dinosaurs.
"And didn't the princess get married to the prince last movie, yeah exactly, so let me finish." Gator says, shocking me and Audrey.
So. Much. Sass.
"Ugh!" Brooke stands up and runs away from the screen in frustration, causing Gator to do the exact same.
"Well that was sassy. Sassy sass sass." Audrey says laughing.
"Crazy kids. Anyways, how's your Christmas going Audio?" I say using the nickname I gave her a couple days back.
"Great, but i miss you guys so much." She says looking at me.
"Yeah,safe to say Ryland misses you a lot. Ha that's an understatement." I say looking at her.
"Hey did you dye your hair again?"
"Yeah I just...decided red and green would be..festive!" She says laughing.
"Riker...Ross kinda spilled something..on your bass. Uhm. Its messy out there." Ryland says walking back in.
"WHAT THE HELL ROSS?" I scream running into the living room.
Fan-freaking-tastic.
"RIKER CHILDREN" Mommy says smacking me in the head.
Merry Christmas to Riker apparently.
