Maya's POV
After I called Mrs. Matthews she came from work, and picked us up.

"We need to take Riley to the hospital..."

"Are you coming?"

"Yeah, I'm gonna get our bags"

First period had ended and Lucas was by his locker. I went pass him, and grabbed me and Riley's bags. He grabbed my arm.

"Text me" He says, pecking my lips

"Of course" I hug him and walk away

Riley was having Braxton Hicks contractions, she was getting her ultrasound.

"Your baby is fine, these contractions only last a few days. Would you like to know the gender of your baby?"

Riley groaned a little "No, I wanna leave it a surprise"

"Alright" the baby's heartbeat filled the room again

I walked home from Riley's. I was so exhausted, baby's take all your energy. I just went to bed.

I wake up, and walk groggily to the kitchen. There was a knock on the door.

"Who is it?"

"Lucas!"

I opened the door, and Lucas stood there with two plates of food in his hand.

"Hungry?" He smiled

"Yes.." I take one of them out of his hand "Thank you so much"

We sat on the couch as we were eating Lucas spoke

"Yeah, you know I will take care of you and Lucas jr."

I laughed, "Just what the world needs another Lucas Friar."

We both laughed, I put the plate down and got serious

"I love you, Huckleberry"

"I love you too Short Stack"
