The nurse brought Maya's baby back into the room. I was holding her in my arms
"What are you naming her?" I ask
"Hope. Hope Penelope Friar"
"That's cute"
"Her and Pluto are gonna be best friends"
Maya's POV
I had to feed Hope, Lucas passed Hope to me. I helped her to latch unto my boob, it hurt at first but then it was okay.

I put her on my shoulder and burped her. Hope opened her eyes to reveal her ocean blue - green eyes.
"Lucas, she's here. And she's ours"
Lucas pecked my lips, the nurses took good care of Hope.
