Brass lost his balance very quickly, letting go of Fig's hand almost instantly as he fell back into the white ground beneath him. Hearing the murmuring of a voice suddenly stop, he looked to Fig who was already looking at him.
"Lost your balance or are you about to faint?"
Fig asked, offering a hand to help the fallen skeleton. Pulling him, the grumpy skeleton looked to Pumpkin, only to find him hiding behind the lump of jello that was his father. Frowning slightly, Brass finally looked to where Fig was looking, before his rib cage tightened. Two figures stood in front of them, one having their back turned whilst the other looked down at him. He recognised one of them and he became even more confused.
"Bear?!"
"When you said you were bringing an outside child into the void, I expected Mint."
Bear turned to the figure next to him, causing the others head to turn slightly. With a mere shrug as their answer, Bear sheepishly returned his gaze to both Fig and Brass. He had yet to see Pumpkin.
"I apologise very much so for you to come here through such means. I'm sure it must have been a difficult journey."
Bear was a kind soul, Brass knew that much. He at least tried to make things better and the grumpy skeleton wasn't even sure if the larger skeleton even had an inch of anger within him.
"I don't want an apology. I want an explanation. From 'Creator'."
Bear seemed to frown, his nubby teeth coming out and over his lip. Turning fully towards the other next to him, Bear whispered quietly before the figure beside him shifted. Whatever he was saying, the other didn't seem to agree. Shaking his head, Bear eventually made them turn to face Brass and pushed them forward. Almost face planting into Fig, they regained their balance before catching the eye of Brass. Seeming to panic, the hazy outline of their body vanished, leaving nothing but the perpetrator himself. He was even more intimidating in person, Brass noted. His sockets seemed darker, his skull cleaner and his bones denser. Taller and more emotionless, the monster stood in front of him with a blank stare.
"So... explanation? I'd like that very much so."
The others face moved into a frown, looking back to Bear for help yet only received a wave of his hand. Still facing the other, Brass was surprised when that very familiar voice cut through the tension.
"As much as I'd like to agree, it is a difficult thing to explain."
Fig shifted back, earning a squawk from Pumpkin who was almost squished. Brass had never seen someone turn around so fast. The monster before him frowned immensely at Fig who immediately cowered and explained.
"I had no other choice but to bring him. He had come alone with Brass into the void room. I couldn't just leave him there alone."
Brass looked to the monster who went behind Fig, causing a very flustered Pumpkin to rush over to Brassberry. Clinging to him for his life, he didn't even look at the monster who bent down to look over both monsters. Seeming to take more interest in Pumpkin, he turned to Fig as he moved back to Bear.
"You're lucky he doesn't seem to remember anything."
Pumpkin grasped at the back of Brass' sweater, the other resting a hand on his skull before looking up at the taller skeleton. Squinting his sockets, he asked a question that caused 'Creator' to stop in his tracks.
"You said you didn't have a name to go by. Yet you interact with others. Doesn't that mean you've at least something to fuckin go by?"
Brass immediately regretted his decision when he turned around again, the others black sockets boring holes right through his skull. He certainly knew how to intimidate. Bear looked between Brass, then Fig, then the 'Creator' before sighing.
"He's the admin. In charge of everything and anything that happens in our universe. For example, Fig's frame work was based off of the original Gaster and edited to suit Patchtale. Mint's entire childhood? Monitored and planned. My creation is thanks to him."
Bear explained briefly, Pumpkin calming down enough to lift his skull slightly. Brass frowned slightly, tilting his skull to the side.
"And what am I supposed to call him?"
"We call him Admin Duddi. Admin for short. But, uh, occasionally Mama Pap's counterpart swings by."
Bear answered, shifting his attention to a screen that popped up. Admin immediately started tapping and swiping, waving his hand to dismiss it.
"Brassberry and Pumpkin have to go."
Admin spoke firmly, going to raise his hand to save them away before Fig moved and grabbed his wrist. Tension rose like bread in an oven, Fig refusing to budge.
"You can't just send these two off after two minutes. They have questions you've yet to answer."
"Fig, they are-"
"The least you can do is answer their questions and stop pushing everyone away. You promise me I'd see my sons and having three minutes of time with one is not what I wanted."
Squeezing his wrist, Admin snatched back his arm. Whirling around at a loud thud, he pushed Bear towards Brass and Pumpkin. Using his large figure to block them both, Fig shrunk into his jelly like body. A human moved towards the group, having a very terrifying aura surrounding him. Brass gripped Pumpkin who peeked between Bears legs, Admin barely budging as he straightened up.
"When's that Brassberry fucker coming into this void? You said he'd be here today."
The human snarled, his voice occasionally glitching back and forth. Pumpkin recognised him as the Error version of Daddy Sans, clinging to Brassberry in utter fear.
"Brassberry has no quarrel with you, therefore leaving you no reason to worry when he arrives."
Admin stated, earning a frustrated grunt from the human who stormed forward. Leaving an inch between the two, Error Daddy frowned heavily.
"I'm breaking that little shit the next time I see him. I gave him a little souvenir to let him know."
With the skeleton frowning, the glitch couldn't help but let out a hearty laugh that bubbled and glitched. Fig glanced to Brass worriedly before quickly returning his attention back to the human.
"What? Don't tell me the little shit has grown on you! You used to be mighty! You'd bring pain and suffering to those bloody skeletons and now you can't even let them have a scratch! You've grown soft."
Admin was silent, which caused the other to grow a little more restless. He fed off of reactions. Pushing past Admin who watched, he stared up at Bear. Inspecting every divit and scratch embedded in his skull, Bear felt nervous. He hated being stared at for so long. Error turned to walk back, pausing at a low whine that was out of place. It wasn't from
Bear. It wasn't from Fig. It wasn't from Admin. Whirling around, he spotted two extra pairs of legs behind Bear who immediately knew they had been caught.
"Admin!"
The skeleton moved fast, skidding to the side as he grabbed the two. Bear snarled, moving forward to earn some time but was thrown to the side. Landing on his arm, the large skeleton shrieked at a loud crunch. Admin glanced back, his body a shield for the two as Fig extended his large jello body. With eight different hands being summoned, he threw attack after attack. Error merely dodged each attack, launching himself forward and managing to plant a kick against the side of his face.

Admin shoved the two to the side, waving his hand to summon another portal. From what Brass could see, it was home. But he had so many more questions.
"Go Brass!"
"I've still got questions you piece of-"
Admin stumbled forward as Fig was pushed back into him, grasping at Pumpkin and Brass who were pulled through the portal. Bear's soul glowed a bright blue, being yanked with them with a yell before the portal disappeared. Error snarled, letting out a yell of anger and frustration. Attempting to calm his breathing, the void was silent around him. Ruffling his hair, he smirked before letting out a dark chuckle.
"Good luck surviving outside of your void, Admin."
