Chapter 1:A new friend

This is a new chapter for my new book. I deleted my first book in Wattpad. I hope you like this chapter. This chapter is dedicated for @WaverlyTan.

Ring...ring...

"Come on Rose," said Diana,"we are going to be late at math
class."

I met Diana when we were 5. She always invite me in her house to play. My mother was Diana's mother best friend.

"You go on," I said grabbing and embracing my science book," I still need to get my book at my locker."

"Ok...,"

While Diana was running to avoid getting a detention for being late, I went to the hallway where the lockers are located. I was running unmindful all the people. Then, suddenly I bump someone,so I dropped my science book in the floor. As I knelt down to grab my science book, he knelt down to help me too. As we both stand up holding my book, I saw his face. It was a familiar face, then I knew who is he. He is Gabriel, the most popular guy in the whole school.

"Sorry for bumping you," I said to Gabriel.

"It's okay,"said Gabriel.

Then there was a silent moment.

"Oh I forgot. I have to go the locker. Bye."

"Bye."

I rushed to the hallway, unlocked my locker, and got my math book. Then, I rushed to my math class. I saw Mr. George waiting for me.

"You are two minutes late. What are you doing?"

"Sorry Sir. I was getting my book inside my locker."

"Ok. I will forgive you for now."

I saw Gabriel sitting in his seat, talking to James and Daniel. I went to my seat. I seat beside Clair, my other best friend.

Clair was always been there for me. People think we were twins. People also think that Clair is a nerd, but she wasn't. She was smart, but not a nerd. She always with me and Diana in the cafeteria.

"Why are you late," Clair whispered.

"I went to get my book inside my locker then accidentally I bump the most popular guy int the school," I answered.

"You mean Gabriel."

"Well... Yes."

After several minutes, it was quarter of 8.

"Ok... Open your book in page 114." said Mr. George.

The class opened their books in page 114.

"Page 114 to 118 will be your homework for tomorrow." said Mr. George.

The class groan.

The bell rings so the class was finished. The class was out.

Clair and I sat at our table. Then, Diana went to the table with a friend.

"Who is she?" I asked.

"She is Christine, the new student." said Diana.

"Hi," I said.

"Hi," Christine said.

"Do you want to join us?" Clair asked.

"Sure." Christine answered.

After we ate, we went to English class. We were the surprised that  Mr. Mark was waiting inside the room. As we walked in the room, I was called by Mr. Mark to come to his table. I went to his table and saw my test paper.
