Chapter 9: What's the problem?

"Are we here?" Lily said.

"Yes. Wait, how did you know?" I asked.

"Maybe just a lucky guess." Lily said. We went inside and saw Diana, Clair, and Christine chatting in the sofa.

"Hi. Sorry for being late." I said.

"It's ok. I just got here about 5 minutes ago." Clair said.

"Who is she?" Diana asked.

"She is Lily. She is my brother's fiancé." I said, "Lily, these are my friends Christine, Diana, and Clair."

"Hi." Lily said.

"Hi." Everyone said. (except Lily and me)

"Come and seat with us." Diana said. We sat at the remaining space of the sofa.

"What are you chatting about?" I asked.

"Did you hear the news?" Diana asked.

"What news?" I asked.

"A evil queen came to this world." Christine said.

"Who is the Queen?" I asked.

"She is Nicole, Queen of beauty. She was finding the two ladies that escape in her castle." Clair said.

"The two ladies should now sacrifice to the Queen now because the Queen will destroy our town if the two ladies did not sacrificed in four days." Diana said.

"Oh no." Lily whispered to me.

"What should we do now?" I whispered to Lily.

"I don't know." I said.

"Hey you guys, let's practice now. I have a song that we can play." Clair said.

"What is it?" Christine said.

"How Closer?" Clair said.

"Ok." Diana said.

"Sounds good to me." I said.

"Let's do it." Christine said.

"Do you want to come and see us playing?" I asked Lily.

"Sure." Lily said.

We went to the garage and prepared the instruments. After 3 to 4 minutes, we went to the school and went in the backstage. We saw Gabriel walking towards us.

"You are going to perform first, sis." Gabriel said.

"How did you know?" Diana asked.

"I already asked the host." Gabriel said.

"Thanks brother." Diana said.

"Good luck. Bye." Gabriel said.

"Bye." Diana said.

We went to our room and changed. We heard the host announcing our band name and went to the stage and performed. We surprising saw Christine's dad and mom. After few minutes, we went to the backstage and waited 30 more minutes. While we waited, we chatted.

"You were great." Lily said clapping her hands.

"Thanks." I said," I wish we are still in the top three winners."
