I woke up wondering where the warmth coming from Elizabeth went. I turned and looked to the other side of the bed only to find that side empty. I laid there listening for any sign of her presence, her scent is still in the room and it was strong so she must be in here still. Then I heard sobbing coming from the bathroom. I got up and stood at the door wondering if I should knock or not. I tapped on the door. I only heard her continue to sob. I knocked once more. She attempted to stop sobbing but I could tell she was not done crying. Elizabeth are you Okay? Ye-yes I am f-fine.... And she burst out crying even harder this time the sob wasn't just a cry of sadness but  a cry of pain. I don't know what got into me but hearing her in pain lit a fuse. I kicked down my bathroom door to find her sitting on the edge of the tub, blood running from her wrists. I stepped over the door as if it wasn't there and sat down next to her. I cupped the back of her wrist careful as to not touch the tender cut parts of her wrist. I looked her in the eyes. Tears continued to stream down her face until I wiped them away. "why? what is wrong?" I said. " she just looked at me. her beautiful hazel eyes staring into my eyes. I picked her up and carried her into the kitchen. I began to rip a cloth into straps when she said, "What are you doing?" I looked over to her still ripping the cloth into straps. "I need to clean up your wrist then cover it with a proper bandage so it won't get infected.". She watches me closely with a confused look on her face the entire time. Her blood is so thin that it seems like a never ending flow. Thanks to my experience with cuts and wounds I am able to stop the bleeding. After I have wrapped her wrist and cleaned she did something unexpected. She quickly stood up and kissed me. Her lips tasted indescribable I mean they were amazing. the little trace of saliva on her lips left me craving more, Her breath tasted like a mix of peppermint and strawberry cream cheese, (I'm assuming thats what she had for breakfast). This sudden unexpected act caught me so off guard I just stood there frozen. I forgot who I was and where I was. I could only think of her lips on mine and her. It seemed to of ended too soon for me. she pulled out of the kiss and stood back looking slightly embarrassed.
