"Diona, can you come here please?" called Sara.

Diona walked into the kitchen and looked at the quartz counter her mother stood next to. On it were large tin containers of hamburger and grilled hotdog, and bags of hamburger and hotdog buns.

"You get the buns while I carry the hamburgers and hotdogs," said Sara. "I'll also need your help opening the front door."

Diona grabbed the buns and lead the way down the hallway that lead to the front door and waited for her mother. Once Sara left, Diona followed her mother to the indoor arena where many tables were set up along the closest wall. Diona put down the buns next to the tin containers her mother put on the nearest table.

Sara then turned to Diona asked, "Can you go back up to the house and get the utensils? They should be in the cabinet above the refrigerator."

"Yes Mother," Diona replied.

As soon as Diona turned around, Diona almost walked straight into someone. As she looked up to apologize, she saw Icarus.

"I'm sorry Icarus," said Diona. "I didn't see you."

"It's alright," he replied. "I just wanted to thank you and your brother for the tour yesterday."

"Step-brother actually. And you're welcome. When did you get here?"

"I got here just now. I thought I could be of some help setting up."

"You can ask my mother. She might be able to give you something to do."

"I will, thank you."

Without another word, Icarus walked around her and straight to her mother, almost of the conversation never happened.

That guy is weird Diona thought.

Diona continued on her way to the house and got the plastic utensils her mother had asked for. When she returned to the indoor arena, Diona saw Icarus talking with her father and Dean. After she put down the utensils, Diona walked up to her brother and father.

"Well don't be afraid to mingle," said John. "Anyone here will be more than willing to answer any questions you have here."

Diona couldn't help but roll her eyes at her father. Whenever she asked a question that wasn't directed to anyone inside her family or Alison, Michele, and Kylie, she always walked away feeling like an idiot. Out of the corner her eye, Diona saw movement coming toward her. She turned her head to see Nicole walking to her. Diona tried her best not to groan.

"What do you want?" Diona demanded.
