Chapter Five

 (y/n)'s point of view!

I sat on my bed, looking down at my sketch book. I sighed heavily as I clenched onto it slightly. I looked at the food Eren had given me before I fell asleep three hours ago. I didn't want to eat. I didn't feel like it. How cold i? After... that..? 

I closed the book, before putting it away. I pulled my knees up to my chest, hugging them close. Reincarnation... Is... is it even possible..? If so, what did I do in my past life...? I didn't want to think my past life was like... like in my dream.. It didn't make sense! I pulled my head down to my knees, closing my eyes tightly. What it if actually  happened...? What if I.. what if I knew the other's... before i was born here...? I shivered at the thought.. 

  Our names won't be remembered 

If we die like trampled flowersI refuse to be forgottenWritten off as less than worthless  

I slowly got up and grabbed the full plate of cold food. The smell of it made me a bit nauseous for some reason. I shook it off and slowly made my way downstairs. I could hear Eren, Mikasa, Armin and Marco in the living room, but I didn't bother to say hi to them. I made my way to the kitchen, putting my plate on the counter. A pair of sneaky arms made their way around my waist, which made me look back quickly. I let out a heavy sigh, before looking into a pair of hazel eyes. "You know... you shouldn't without warning.." I mumbled, getting out of the grip.

  Scream and cry

"Awe, come on.." Jean said quietly. He had always been like that; trying to be romantic towards me, asked me out, tried to kiss me several times. Even though he's like this, I can't help but be his friend. He's a kind guy... when he wants to be, that is.. "No, you know I don't like it.." I sighed again before putting my hands on the counter, looking down on it. I felt dizzy... 

 There are beings that live off of fears
And their words are like knives
As they play with our lives
They'll try to control you
As if they own you
Will you let them steal your freedom?  

"(y/n)!! What are yo doing!? Get back in position!" "N-No! I- I have to... I have to go after him! I can't leave him there!!" "Get back in position! it's an order from Corporal Levi!" ....

I opened my eyes again, still feeling quite dizzy. "(Y/N)?" I heard Eren's voice call out, though it sounded distant... blurry.. I shook my head and tried to get back to reality, get back my vision.. 

"You could've died, (y/n)!" Levi..? "S-Sorr--" "Do you know how worried I was!?" Eh? 

I looked down at the counter, shaking my head a little. "i'm fine..." I mumbled, before slowly starting to make my way towards the stairs.
