The beginning // part 4

I jolted upright, nightmares once again. Sigh i guess i won't stop having them even in this era. I guess i shall go practise martial arts, now to find for chae ryung for a change of clothes.

After i found her and changed, i went to find for a place where i can practise silently and started practising.

Hae soo's pov
Hae yong unnie must have went to practise martial arts again..

"Chae ryung uh let's go for a walk"

We then started walking and she was explaining to me in details how i was like. Then we saw the eighth prince and my cousin, they sure are a sweet couple.

Flashbacks of him helping me up and when i couldn't stand due to me not wearing shoes, he actually helped to place my shoes properly for me to wear yesterday night. I suppose i feel that maybe i can trust him.

Just then he made eye contact with me and smiled and continue talking to my cousin.

"This is disrespectful," someone suddenly says. I turn to see a girl with many servants behind her.
"Heard that she lost her memory but it seems like she lost her manners too what to do" she continues.

Chae ryung told me that she was a princess, sister of the eighth prince . She sure likes to put people down in a strange way.

"You should not be looking at what a married couple is doing, the next time it happens, i will deal with it harshly even if you are her cousin, understand?"

Those crooked eyes and mouth. Wah look how tense her hands look. I've been through all sorts of crap and this right here...

"If you don't like me just say so"

"Hah what is this girl saying. You wench, you dare act this way in the household?"

"Wench?" You hear a familiar voice say suddenly..

Your pov
I was walking back to find hae soo when i see her with a girl with servants behind. Ahh she must be a princess or something like that. Just then i hear her calling hae soo wench. Tsk no one can bully her if i'm here.

I walked nearer and said "wench?"

3rd person's pov
All heads turn to face hae yong after she said that.

"Hae yong unnie!" Hae soo calls happily.

"Should such ugly and uncouth words be coming out from a princess's mouth? If you can't even treat your sister-in-law's relative right, i wonder how you treat your servants." Hae yong says.

"You..!"

"What is all these commotion about" wang wook says suddenly before yeon hwa could finish saying what she wanted to.

Just then wang yo and the ninth prince, wang won who were strolling heard everything but weren't near so they didn't notice the both of them.

"So hae yong's her name.." wang yo says.

"She sure is feisty and she's really beautiful too." Wang won says.

"I agree, she's an interesting one" Yo says.

*Scene changes to when they are making glue*
Your pov
I was helping to fan the fire while hae soo was doing the mixing. She started coughing and i looked up to check and saw that she was looking at somewhere else.

"Princess yeon hwa gave us the important task to make glue" she said. I turn to look and it was actually the eighth prince she was talking to.

Ahh call it a female's intuition but there's definitely something between them.

After he walks away, hae soo sighs out loud and ask me to go for a break with her. We were walking around when hae soo seems to have saw something and was pulling me with her.

"The ajusshi in the modern day! He's here as well" she says.

What?! I then search for him and found him, i then grab soo's arm instead and pull her along and we chased him all the way outside to the streets.

Somehow we lost him. Then, everyone was making a commotion and were shouting "wolf dog" everywhere and were screaming in fright. We heard galloping of horse and we turned around to see a man with a mask and a ponytail on the horse.

Wait... isn't that wang so? Wolf dog? Thats harsh.

Just when he was getting nearer, a man carrying a stack of hay turned around and hit hae soo. We were standing at the edge of the pathway, hae soo was gonna fall. I grabbed her and pulled her up but i became the one falling instead.

Just when i was about to fall off, i felt an arm grabbing my waist and hauling me up. I turn to look and saw that it was wang so. He turns to look at me for awhile then looks back at the road. He then slows down and lets me go down surprisingly, i thought he was just gonna shove me down.

"Wang so .. thankyou" i told him.

He says nothing and gallops off, aish that cold act again.

"Unnie! Are you okay?!" Hae soo was shouting while running towards me.

"I'm fine soo ah" i reassured her.

"Who is that?"

"That's the fourth prince, wang so"

"Huh?! Another prince? And you seem like you know him and somehow looks to be fond of him unnie..." she says while smirking and nudging me.

"Yea i guess we know each other and i am not fond of him in the way that you are thinking! It's just that i guess we are slightly similar."

"Don't lie unnie, if not , why are you smiling ever since you saw him"

I touched my lips and notice that i was really smiling. Oh no. My heart, what are you doing to me..
