Episode 3 // part 1

" Yong ah. Yong ah! " I kept hearing someone repeating my name and shaking me. I opened my eyes to see that it was Wang so.

"Your finally awake, we have arrived at the residence." He then hops down the house first then carries me down as well. I tried to take step and almost fell over. Right... i sprained my ankle.

He then turns his back towards me and told me to get on and then carried me all the way to my room. After placing me down he went to call the servants to help me treat my wounds. He had to leave as there was a cut on my back and i had to remove my top. But i saw a cut on his arm and it was still bleeding.

"Don't leave, wait for me to be done outside" I grabbed onto his sleeve while saying that.

He turns back, looks at me and gave me a slight nod. While laying down for them to apply the herbs on my wound it did sting a little. They then told me that i need the physician to look at my ankle. After they finish applying, i then told them to leave the herbs and bandage here. Then they left to find for the physician after they finished helping me put on my top.

Wang so walks into the room and i told him to sit down beside me while i slowly got up. I then took the cup of herbs and told him to let me see his injury.

"How did you know i had one?" He seemed pretty shocked that i will notice.

"I saw it with my observant little eyes" I rolled my eyes while saying that.

I then started putting the herbs on the cut and then dressed it with the bandage. I looked fr a cloth and used it to wipe his face for him. All the while, he was staring at me intently. Just as i was done, the physician arrived and he was not alone. Soo, chae ryung, wook and our cousin was with him.

"Yong ah!" They all cried out, except for chae ryung as she calls me agasshi( lady ), when they saw me. Oh god..they worry quite alot, but i guess i like it, having people who cares about me. They then started to look at So and i guess he felt a little uncomfortable so he told me goodbye and left. The physician then told me that thankfully it was a very minor sprain which should recover within days if i rest and do not put any sudden pressure on it.

After helping me wrap my ankle he left the room, leaving me and my "family members" in the room. Our cousin sat beside me and holds my hand.

"Yong ah, you had me so worried, i'm glad that you're fine. Don't do reckless things in the future anymore, understand?" She said and i nod my head while looking away, not used to the care and concern.

Soo notices and helps me speak up," I guess we should let her rest already, let's go"

I looked to her and smiled faintly to thank her as all of them got up to leave.

After awhile, i just couldn't sleep so i limped out of my room towards Soo's room. Just one step out and i heard a deep voice saying," the physician told you to rest didn't he?"

I turned my head and saw that it was So. I gave him a small sheepish smile and he sighs and shakes his head but walks in front of me. He then told me to get on his back and i did. Who wouldn't want a free ride especially when you're injured?

I gave him directions to Soo's room. As we were reaching we saw Wook in her room as well. He was lighting up candles for Soo while they were talking to each other, both with smiles on their faces.

Somehow i felt like we were intruding on something we shouldn't be. I then covered So's eyes with my hands and told him to turn back. I guess he felt the same way as he complied and turned back. On the way back i had a million questions in my head. Upon reaching my room, he placed me on the bed and tucked me in.

Just what are their relationship? Wook seems like a different person around Soo, he seems... happier and more relaxed? Should i talk to Soo about this? What will happen to our cousin then?

"Yong! Yong!" I then snapped out of my thoughts as i heard So calling my name.

"What are you thinking so intensely about?"

I shook my head and said, "Nothing much, you should go and rest too"

He then stares at me for a while, just when i was starting to feel awkward, he leans down and gave me a quick peck to my forehead and says,"Goodnight yong" then leaves right after that.

What . Was . That . Not that i mind though. Oh god, wait, what am i thinking?
