Alexis's POV

Today is the day I finally get to meet David's kids.

My mom has been dating him for two years but he doesn't have his kids on the same weeks my mom has me so I've never been able to meet them.

Now I finally get to.

"We're here."
My mom said smiling.

I climbed out of the car and walked up to the front door.

"You can just go in honey."
My mom said from behind me.

I nodded my head and opened the door walking in.

This is it.

The time I get to meet my new brother and sisters.

"Hi Lexi! How are you today?"
David asked me as soon as I walked in.

"Hi! I'm doing great thanks. How are you?"
I replied.

"I'm doing just fine as well."
He smiled.

"That's great."
I smiled.

"The kids are upstairs in the movie room."
He smiled.

"Ok. Thanks."
I said as I returned a smile.

I slipped off my shoes and walked upstairs.

As I got near the room I heard "Fa la la la la la la."
And immediately recognized the movie.

I walked in the room and said
"I love big hero 6."

Everyone turned around to look at me.

When I saw who the kids were my jaw basically dropped to the floor and my phone came crashing down with it.

"Oops."
I quickly said as I bent down to pick up my phone.

They all just laughed at my clumsiness.

How rude!

I slowly walked over to them blushing the whole time.

I hesitantly sat next to David's son.

"Hi Lexi."
He smiled.

"Hi ... "
