Laura sighed in defeat she hadn't heard or seen anything to do with Betty and it had been two days, to anyone else that knew Betty that wasn't a big deal she was a party animal and was known for spending the night or two with which ever Zeta she had charmed the night before but Laura was a born worrier and couldn't shake the feeling something had happened. "Thanks guy it was nice to get out my room i guess..ill see you both tomorrow" The small blonde haired girl closed her dorm room door on her two friends Perry and Laf as they said there goodbyes after they manged to drag Laura from her investigation over where Betty was. Turning into the empty room she sighed still no sight of her, kicking of her shoes she headed to the small bathroom that her room had but was stopped in her tracks as she felt something cold and wet beneath her foot glancing down she frowned stepping back and retrieving the small piece of cardboard her eyes widened as she read over it "multiple choice what the hell..." her frown only intensified as she fully understood what it meant, she turned and grabbed the door handle shouting back the two she had just left "Perry!.." thankfully they had been talking to much too get any further than the end of the hallway and spun around to see a panicked Laura in the door way and followed her call into the small two bed dorm room "What?...is it about Betty?" 

The ginger scientist glanced to the piece of card  she was holding and took it from her scanning over the content before reading aloud "Dear student, your roommate no longer attends Silas university he or she A. Lost his or hers scholarship and decided to go home B. Has elected to attend another school due to your extreme incompatibility C. Experienced a physiological event that left him or her unfit for student life or D. Decided personal reasons and really why does anyone do anything. exit procedures have commence no action on your part is required."  There was a moment of silence as the three of them tried to work out what that meant. "why is it multiple choice?" Perry spoke up and looked over to Laura who just rolled her eyes and threw herself on the bed "I have to talk to the dean about this..something doesn't seem right with this?..." The elder ginger haired women sat beside the frustrated Laura and placed her arm around her in a comforting way "maybe one of those is the actual reason dear..its too late now to go to the dean but we will ask around some tomorrow and we can sort this all..its past midnight you should sleep" 

She had a reasonable point but how could she be so calm about a girl potentially going missing was the first thing in Laura's head, sighing softly and glancing up LaFontaine nodding in agreement and they gave her a reassuring hug before the pair had left leaving Laura in utter confusion. She headed for her shower again and got changed into her version of pajarmas which was an over sized sweat shirt and leggings, curling up in bed with her favourite yellow pillow from home and a book trying to ignore the last twenty minutes but there were too many issues with it all. Betty hadn't chosen to leave that's all Laura knew.

Hearing her alarm clock ringing out she began to stir from her very patchy sleep her eyes opened slowly and adjusted to the slithers of light that filled her room from the window by the sink,she reached out slamming her hand onto the top of the clock the ringing stopped immediately. Waking up a little more Laura sat up from her bed and rose to her feet stretching her arms above her head before letting them collapse to her sides and padding over to her kettle to make her hot chocolate like every morning, as she walked her blue over sized Dr Who mug over to her desk she adjusted her hair and hit record for the ongoing journalism project she was currently working on. "Good morning Silas University, it right now it is...." Laura picked up her phone checking the time before she sighed "Too early but i figured i need to get to the dean and talk to her about the mysterious note i was left with about Betty"  looking over to her draws she pulled out a little box of cookies and dipped one in her drink and bit into it instantly feeling a little better now she had some chocolate in her system.

 "Right so during my lack of sleep last night i spoke to Laf and they informed me that Betty isn't the first to go missing in this way turns out there's been 3 other girls with roommates like me that have been left notes saying that they no longer attend here  so i'm definitely not making this all up in my head..which i don't know if that's more or less comforting" Laura sighed as she tried to figure out what her next plan of action would be regarding confronting the dean of students and possibly start a whole load of drama surrounding this. "So first thing is presentable clothing" she smiled at the camera and disappeared.
