Its been 2 weeks since Zoro rescued the little guy, and, thankfully he had a friend who could fix him up with no charge. However, the marmio was not really a animal person, but the puppy was growing on frowning on him thought he would never admit it.

"What should your name be?" dragged the tan man as the black nosed puppy began to nipple on his socked toes. It was a bad habit, but a undeniably cute one. "How about, Sake?"

The small animal stopped nibbling momentarily, but soon started again.

          "Ok. Sword."

          "Kurina...no way."

After couples more reject names, ranging from dumbbell to sweat it seemed like they would never agree on a name. None the less, Zoro need to train the puppy; a name was needed. As time passed the stumped man became frustrated with thinking logically instead of using his gut. He looked down at the golden retriever and boxer mix that was looking him back, with extremely large warm, carefree brown eyes.

"It has to fit or I'll forget it." Zoro sighed in defeat as he swooped the wiggly thing up into my arms , and placed him up right on his legs in his lap. "Guess you will stay nameless."
As if to vocalize his distress, the puppy snapped at the sharp nose in front of him.

          "RUFF."

"What?" Zoro asked the creature in his lap as if He was going to get a understandable answer. Then he saw it. There was a thin pink scar under his left eye; it was unique in a way it had other scars crisscrossing it. At that moment something rare happened, slowly but surly Zoro could feel his lips curl up at the corners.

He smiled.

"Monkey. I'll name you Monkey."

A few days later~ Zoro pov

It had been three weeks since I last saw the blonde. He had missed three meetings, and with the amount of pills he pops I wouldn't be surprised if he was knocked up or in a coma right now. His story was bad, and I bet his own life just added to the affect.

Right now instead of filling out paperwork, I was twirling around a notecard Nami gave me.

Flash back~

The meetings for PTSD I host as extra credit for my med major and physiology minor had just ended. The blonde headed man from last week hasn't showed up. I didn't have my hopes up. If he waned to play hide and seek, ok. As I pulled out of the familiar lot I dialed the one person I knew could help me .

          "Hey Nami, I need~"

"Good evening to you to." A high pitched grumble came through the line over the sound of rapid keyboard clicks.

"I need a favor."

"And what makes you think I'll help." She smirked as she smacked the gum she always blows in time to hey fingers against the keyboard.

"It's for my work." I sighed. Then something rare happened. The clicks stopped; she sighed too. Nami sighed, not because of what I said, but because of what I didn't.

I don't what it to happen again.

"Will this help you graduate early?" She questioned. Literally and figuratively. She wanted to know if it would help me grasp something that had always been just out of my reach. Right above my head. The tips of my fingers were always, almost there, and sometimes, when I was really lucky, they would brush right up against the edge of its beautiful embrace. Just to keep me yearning for more.

Will this make you happy?

Would saving someone after losing another make me happy? I don't know. I toke a deep breathe and exhaled slowly. "I hope so."

I really do hope so.

I knew she was debating whether to help me or not. We both knew how it ended last time, and how I had to start all over once again. Finally I heard the keyboard clicks thunder back to life. "What do you need?"

"Everything you can find on Sanji Vinesmoke."

"Ok stay safe, love you, bye."

"Love you too, bye."

I know Nami was just looking after me. She always has been, and hopefully always will be. She stood by me before and after my accident, through tall the relapses. Think and thin, she never pitied me or abandoned me even at points where I couldn't blame her if she did. Sometimes, I think I'm not worthy of her kindness.

End of Flashback

I couldn't decide wether to call him or kick down his door. I guess my subconscious made the decision for me because soon enough a familiar ring was in my ear.

"How did you get this number." hissed the silvery voice.  It sounded so threateningly nice it would send frisson down anyone's spine.

          "It's Zoro."

"My questions still stands." He breathed less threatening but more annoyed.

"What's that sound in the backgrounds?"

          "I'm asking the questions here."

"No I am." There was a long pause. A barely audible chuckle ran through the the line, and the line went dead. "No fuck you." I huffed before redialing.

"Hey." sang Sanji almost a little to cherry.

"You never answered my question." I grumbled as a tapped my own repeatedly on the desk.

         "..."

          "Sanji?"

"Hey, sorry I can't pick up the phone right now. Leave a message and I'll call you back as soon as possible." Sanji dragged as if trying to nit laugh at his own joke. The blonde's voice faded out a a beep rang through the the line.

"Fuck you." I growled as I hung up. I guess I'll just have to pay him a nice visit.
