I awoke. I was inside the group of people. My eyes immediately landed on Jacob. Jacob wiped a forming tear and pulled me in to a hug. He started shouting,"She's awake! Your alive!". I quizically looked at him. Kasey stopped Jacob's blubbering and pulled me to my feet. I wobbled and Jacob snapped back and steadied me. I held on as he led me to a seat.

"What happened?" I said dazed and confused.

"Here." Kasey replied handed me a blood stained cloth. I dropped it in disbelief. It wasn't cloth. It was my wings. I wanted to scream. I vigorously shook.Jacob pulled me into a hug shushing me, telling me that it was okay.

"Oh. Now I remember." I sniffled.

"Your wings healed us unlike any tear."

"I never shed a tear before. I guess my wings soaked them up. It might be in my blood. I don't know. What I do know is that you guys are okay. That's all that matters, right?"

"But, you're not okay!" Kyle interjected.

"You passed out after your wings healed us." Jacob said calmly.

"Can we just drop it?" I asked hopefully.

"I don't think so." Jacob whispered in my ear while Kyle shook his head.

"Who are they?" I asked pointing to the new people. There was two blonde girls, a brunette boy, and a red hair boy. Jacob pointed to each one of them saying their names in order.

"Lina, Hailey, Matt, and Jules." They each nodded in response. It looked like they just got here. Their wings didn't glow because of the dye. I watched them head of to wash their wings.I grabbed my wings to see something.  I followed them and headed out with my wings. I whispered to Jacob,"Follow me if something goes wrong." Jacob signaled Kyle to stay and relax.

I walked behind Hailey. As she ripped her wings off I took one of her tears. Tears weren't the best solution to this problem (For wounds from ripped wings. They don't heal it.). I grabbed the tear and dropped it on my wings. The blood fell off my wings. It became back to a wonderful orange. I put the wing on Hailey. As before, she was healed. I repeated the process for each one of them. I had a plan. I was prepared. I just have some bonuses. I can live!

I can write my own destiny.
