"Dad....what is all of this?" I asked in wonder as I stared at all the cages and bottles. A million tiny eyes stared back at me, tiny hands pressed against the glass. A fish bowl next to me had the most peculiar thing inside. A mermaid. I miniature sized one, the size of a doll. She smiled up at me and splashed water. "Welcome to my sanctuary." My father said with a proud smile.
