Short Chapter 8: Connie Alone
Connie trailed into work slowly rubbing his stubble for hair when he reached for the handle he found the door wouldn't budge. "eh? W-What?" he looked at the glass door and noticed the sign taped to the door "off... on vacation?" he read aloud. "W-WAIT?! THEY WENT ON VACATION WITHOUT ME?!" he flipped open his phone and noticed a phone call from [y/n] and about 20 other messages from Sasha. he opened up [y/n]'s first. "You have.. 17 messages. first message 'Hey! Connie! Levi recently won some tickets to the super awesome 'love love paradise!' (From Aphmau's Minecraft diaries love love paradise, Connie is currently travis haha) we have enough tickets for everyone! you should come! get back to me! bye!'~" connie looked dumbfounded at his phone he then growled "DAMN MY PARENTS FOR TAKING MY PHONE!! WHY THE HELL?!" he scratched his bald head in frustration as people looked at him in fear two men looking at each other and nodding as they both mumbled, out of the gray haired boy's ear range. "Crack?" "Yup.."
Connie then listened to sasha's messages "Next message. CONNIE!! DID YOU HEAR!! [y/n] invited EVERYONE to love love paradise! you know that one that is INSANELY hard to get into?! she invited you too right?! -Crunching- yor commin riht get vact to mah" end of message.. next message "Hey Connie do you have that ointment i need--?" Next message "Hey Connie I'm only calling to see if you can pick me up from--" Connie sighed "I'm not listening to all of these" he skipped a few messages " 'Connie where are you! are you seriously late?! get your butt--' " a voice from the other end "Sasha there isn't time. lets just go.." "but..." "lets go!" sasha sighed on the other end "Sorry connie..." end of message. next message "connie pick up your phoneeeeeeee.." next message "Connie.. your scaring me pick up your--" message 17 "YOOOOO CONNIE!!! you're seriously scaring me with not picking up any of my calls.. did something happen? -sigh- anyway we're having fun Wish you were here"
Connie looked at his phone and put it away "Looks like you're alone Con-seter." he mumbled to himself and walked home holding in his Lonely tears
