“A man by the name of Mike Joan began by robbing a bank, today at 7 o’clock. The police pursued in a high-speed car race on the Massachusetts turnpike. It was reported Mr. Joan’s car was speeding of at least one hundred and ten miles per hour as he tried to avoid the police. He was forced to pull a U-turn and drove into oncoming traffic. Mr. Joan’s car slammed into a red 2003 ford van.
It’s a tragedy to say but one young family was involved in this fatal accident. It has been reported that the family in the van was the Valenski family from Albany, New York. Inside the car were Mrs. Denis Valenski and her two teenage daughters, Miss Alice Valenski (age 21) and Miss Lisa Valenski (age 17).
The police are still investigating this tragedy but it is reported that the mother was killed on impact. The older daughter is stabilized with several broken bones, a severe concussion, and a collapsed lung. As for the youngest child, she has yet to be stabilized. The extent of her injures are unknown. Doctors are working to save the young girls life. As for Mr. Joan, he was killed shortly after the impact.
